I have asked for moving cleaning and payed for it but it looked, the two persons were sent for regular. They skipped to clean most of kitchen parts, abd I had to redo myself and just the lady cleaner kept saying we should finish in two hours! The whole house for moving cleaning only two hours!!! And at the end they left job without even let us know they are leaving with the house door open!!!!

I needed a team who can clean my house in no time. My cousin, Mark, recommended them. I trusted my cousin and he was right. They are the best team ever providing services you will surely love!

I had requested for a move out cleaning. Samantha explained what they would do and that was exactly what I needed. Booked the appt - two girls came in on time and were in my house for an hour & a half. They did an awful job!!! Didn't wipe down kitchen appliances, cabinet doors or even broom the floor or cleaned the base boards. We didn't want them back in the house again due to Covid. Paid for the service but did the work myself.

You do not have to look any further for the most professional, trustable, thorough, communicative, friendly, and outstanding cleaning service in Ontario! I have worked with many cleaning services in the area and have very high expectations. Barrie Gleam Team (specifically AL, Oliver, and our cleaner- Samantha) – EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! This company is unquestionably the best find in the city and I will be highly recommending them to friends and family. AL responded to my evening email and phone call immediately and was able to fit us into his schedule the next day! He carefully managed expectations, learned our needs, and confirmed everything in writing. Princess arrived on time, they brought all cleaning products and Oliver came at the end of the cleaning to inspect everything to make sure we were satisfied. More importantly, not only was he meticulous and detailed in their cleaning- but he took the time to lift, vacuum and scrub under pillows on couches (in desperate need of cleaning) and arranged products, towels, clothing in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom is a MUCH MORE ORDERLY fashion. Samantha organized EVERYTHING and all the dust, stains, and clutter disappeared. Most importantly, after they left the apt glistening and arranged- He took time to suggest storage units for shoes and clothes on Amazon that were reasonably priced and sent us links! Who does that? This company is the best and I plan on booking them on a regular basis because they won’t have availability soon due to be so excellent!! Congratulations on being such pros and all the success you will continue having- Oliver and Samantha and Barrie Gleam Team! You are truly are a reputable, commendable, and super professional company!

Absolutely disgusted. I hired this company for a complete deep clean of my house and did the bare minimum. Samantha and her “team” shouldn’t be working for this company anymore. First they were an hour early, never introduced themselves and just came in and started to “work”. Nothing was cleaned properly, my living room floors weren’t even mopped. Paid $200+ for nothing! This company is a complete scam.

1 million stars. We reached out to every cleaning service Ontario has to offer and Barrie Gleam Team Services is the only one that responded late night before services were needed and offered us a reasonable quote for a ‘move-in’ clean. We had an empty 2 bdrm that needed a ton of TLC before we had movers come in the next morning. Oliver worked with us to coordinate everything and we were blown away by how immaculate the place looked afterward. Every corner, every inch, every nook, and cranny sparkled, the attention to detail was stellar. We’ve used cleaning services in the past from word of mouth referrals and there is just no comparison, Airhost Cleaning Services- especially to Oliver is hands down the best of the best.

2 young men showed up 45 min late with no vaccuum even though it was specified on telephone booking that I needed 14 stairs and 2 carpeted rooms vacuumed. They were supposed to be here 2 hours, were here 5. I removed children's toys and large objects from their path to make floor cleaning easier and they missed large portions like behind my toilets, under the overhang of the sink, and under my couch. I paid 273$ for a deep clean and the floor between my oven and counter (you know, the death trap) wasn't touched. Took over 2 weeks of arguing with them on phone and email to finally get a refund which is only the deposit of 135$. They also gave me a coupon for future, but i will not be using their service again. It was my first time with using a cleaner. Very unhappy. Absolute rip off. I have video evidence of their poor job if anyone needs confirmation.

Awful experience. I called and asked for a deep clean (specifically windows and base boards) since we are just starting to Airbnb it. They quoted us $450.00 for a bungalow (3 bed/1 bath). For a THOROUGH DEEP CLEAN this price seemed okay with us. They confirmed a deep clean and charged us extra for the windows and base boards. The "team" showed up which was two people. They did a basic cleaning (light dusting, cleaned the couch, mopped, etc). We have brand new appliances and they didn't need to be cleaned at all keep in mind. The pair did a decent job on the windows (which were in bad condition but still not Airbnb rental worthy). After 4 hours they said they were done. I mentioned how the base boards weren't cleaned and the walls had stains/liquid marks on them and some furniture hadn't been cleaned or dusted. The cleaner, who is contracted out by this company, informed us that the company requested a standard cleaning from her with focus on the windows. The two cleaners were misinformed from the company and did exactly what they were told - the cleaner showed me the message that Barrie House Cleaning had sent her which said "standard cleaning" which is uploaded in the photos below. I was charged $450 for a STANDARD cleaning!!! I had called the company and they listened to my original recorded conversation with them which they admitted I asked for a deep cleaning. However, they were awful with customer service. I had asked for either another crew to come out and DEEP CLEAN the place for free or a refund of $200. I had to call twice a day and speak to a different person EACH TIME for an entire week because they kept telling me they'd talk to the "boss" and call me back. THIS NEVER HAPPENED! No one cared about this situation and the company honestly thought $450 for dusting was resonable. FINALLY someone by the name of Jude had the decency to call me back like they said they would. After a bit of arguing I was finally refunded $200. Such a disaster. I must of talked to 5-6 customer service reps who could care less about this. Don't waste your time with this company.
