After almost an hour waiting in the rain, I decided to call the first cab company I could to see how long it would be to get a taxi. The fine folks at Discount taxi, not only had a very long list of people ahead of me, but still asked me where I was and where I needed to go. Instead of driving on to her next stop the driver radioed in and told the dispatch that she could fit me in to her schedule without any impact on her next fare. If you need a taxi service that will go that little bit further for you, make sure you call DISCOUNT FIRST! I have only one thing I can say and that is Bayshore Taxi is sadly lacking in service and politeness. I asked about a wait time on my second call to say where the heck are you and dispatch there says oh I'm sorry I didn't tell you it would be an hour and a half!!!!!! Thank you very kindly to all you awesome people at Discount Taxi for doing the Job above and beyond!

A	A Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this company but after missing FOUR time calls completely, I got yelled at by Diane for calling when my time call was expected to ensure it was still coming! I notified the owner of the conversation and he assured me he would deal with it. I continued to call their company from time to time. My last time calling, they told me that my cab would be 45 minutes. I said this was perfect. After an hour, I called to see where my cab was and how much longer it would be. They apologized and stated it would be another 10-15 minutes because Diane (go figure) was refusing to pick me up. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I called again, they said it would be a further 5-10 minutes. I cancelled my call and was picked up by another local company within 10 minutes.

S	Summer Francoeur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've probably called about 4 different occasions to attempt to get cabs and I have been refused service almost every single time I've only been able to use them once. The one time was a good experience and at least unlike Bayshore taxi when they can't give you a ride they are honest and not rude about it. I only wish they were better at staffing themselves so I could actually use the service. Especially when so many people are searching for jobs right now there isn't a reason to not have enough staff.
