★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a cab for 3 in the morning as we were let out of work early...told me he would be there in ten minutes...I waited 20 minutes, then called only to find out he had turned off his phone... unfortunately everyone else had left by that time, so time to walk home...what an as*h*le!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just watched one of their drivers throwing garbage out the window of their vehicle.
Literally less then 15 minutes ago. Could not contact them as it went to voicemail, and the voicemail is not set up.
This happened across the street from the gas station on Alpha. Sure it is a great company, but someone needs to talk to that driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This companies dispatcher was in a new business in town and degraded the obviously overwhelmed staff repeatedly. Please be kind! Nobody deserves to be treated this way anytime, let alone when they're at their job. Certainly hope your staff is treated better then this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are my safe people when I come Owen Sound to visit my parents. They are quick, they are efficient. The only problem I would say is the number of taxis and drivers. They are the best so everyone wants to have their service so they sometimes do not have anyone to get you. But they are still awesome ❤️
