★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai jamais attendu plus que 15 minutes pour avoir un taxi lorsque j'étais pressée. Les chauffeurs sont super gentils et conduisent bien. J'ai toujours eu un très bon service!
I never waited more than 15 minutes for a taxi when I was in a hurry. The drivers are super nice and drive well. I have always had great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions réservé un taxi pour l'aéroport une journée à l'avance. Le taxi ne s'est pas présenté, après 30 minutes d'attente nous avons dû utiliser notre propre voiture pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Nous avons tenté sans succès de les appeler, leur boîte vocale était pleine.
We booked a taxi to the airport a day in advance. The taxi did not show up, after 30 minutes of waiting we had to use our own car to get to the airport. We tried unsuccessfully to call them, their voicemail was full.

Very poor service from the guy I called. He didn't want to know about sending me a cab. It's sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service, j’ai appelé pour un taxi 20 minutes dans le froid et quand j’ai rappelé ils m’ont dit qu’il ne m’a pas vue et qu’il est donc parti faire un autre client. Quand j’ai demandé pour un deuxième ils m’ont dit non et m’ont raccroché au nez.
Very poor service, I called for a 20 minute cab in the cold and when I called back they told me he didn't see me so he went to get another client. When I asked for a second they said no and hung up on me.
