A	Askin Asmakaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took cab during a snow storm. Driver was like a maniac. Slid on the road several times narrowly missing poles. Had to brace for safety with my pregnant wife. Then at the end the cab driver got upset he wasn't given a tip!
M	Meika P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the automated service transferred me to an agent to state my address (keep in mind that I work in customer service in French and am fully bilingual) the rudest agent asked me to repeat the address 3 times. When at last he keyed the correct building number into his GPS system he made a sarcastic remark saying that I had changed the numbers he had me repeating. I gently explained that I had repeated the same info, nothing changed. He sarcastically said, yeah, sure! Really unbelievably rude. I won't be calling back for such poor service!

F	Fran C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, March 13th, 2021, I arrived at the Québec airport and at around 7 pm I took a taxi outside, asking to be taken to my house in Québec City. The driver did not immediately start the meter and started it about halfway. When we got to my house, the meter was around $ 18. At that point, the driver cancelled the amount and asked me to pay 39 dollars without explanation. When I asked him why, he told me it's the normal price the company asks for, including taxes and tips to the driver. I was tired and did not think clearly, but I wonder why he turned on the meter if the rate was predefined and why he was not notified before, but above all, I was not given any receipt. This does not seem correct to me and I would like to verify with you that what has happened is your normal administration, because I feel very dissatisfied with this treatment. My payment is obviously recorded on my card (KOHO) at 7:29 pm last night March 13, 2021. The driver, a 35-40-year-old white male, physically fit, drove a black 4-door SUV, if he remembers correctly. with tinted windows.
M	Martin Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend had a medical emergency and it was urgent that we go to the hospital. We call a cab, it was 3am. When the cab finally showed up, I waved at him, he was 30 feet away and I assure you he could see me, I'm 6'1". He turned around and left. We were the only ones on the street. I will never use their service again.
T	Troy Robin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was excellent! It has a decent automated phone service and provides notifications when the taxi is about to arrive. The one out of 10 bad experiences occurred when I was charged a flat rate for the airport and wasn’t even dropped off by the airport. Then had to get another $20 ride to the airport from that drop off. Still recommend using the service though as Uber was unreliable changing times and charging when we cancelled because of estimated times changing by 15 minutes or more.

On the day, 20 minutes prior, I received a reminder message from the app, then a “taxi is 1 km away” message, both of which were appreciated. The driver was a few minutes early, helped with my suitcase and delivered me to my destination efficiently. Courteous service. (This company was recommended by my local host.)
