We have been doing business with this company for over 35 years and we have stopped this relationship after experiencing a pitiful customer experience recently. This company has no respect for its business partners. We are well aware that human error is possible and we remain understanding when this happens. However, it's in the way of correcting the mistakes that we see if a company really cares about its customers. In the case of Ben Huot, the demonstration was clearly made. This company has no respect for its partners. The follow-up is deficient and the actions to correct their non-existent errors. I strongly advise against doing business with this organization.

Un lavabo commandé depuis 1 mois qui était discontinué sans qu'on nous ait avisé alors on a dû choisir un autre modèle à la dernière minute et une commande d'un tuyau de douche qu'on a attendu pendant une semaine et quand on est passé pour le récupérer, ils se sont rendus compte qu'il n'avait pas été commandé finalement... Very good products for plumbing but I experienced 2 disappointing experiences. A washbasin ordered for 1 month which was discontinued without being notified then we had to choose another model at the last minute and a command of a shower hose that we waited for a week and when we went to recover it, they realized that it had not been finally ordered ...

J’ai alors été chez home dépôt. On me l’a changé sans poser de question. Ça c’est du service. I went to this dealer to change a moen faucet cartridge (lifetime warranty). I had to pay it despite the guarantee. I then went to home depot. I was changed without asking a question. This is service.

Mon mari a téléphoné à un monsieur chez Ben Huot qui lui a dit de venir avec nos poignées de bain pour qu’il puisse essayer de nous en trouver des neuves dans son inventaire. En arrivant au magasin, le monsieur en question n’était pas là. La dame, qui a répondu à mon mari, semblait se faire déranger par la demande de mon mari. Elle s’est finalement mis debout pour faire semblant de chercher les poignées et au bout de 30 secondes, elle lui a répondu qu’elle n’avait pas ce genre de poignées. Quand mon mari lui a dit qu’il avait fait 30 km pour ça, la dame s’en foutait carrément. DISPOSAL SERVICE. My husband phoned a gentleman at Ben Huot who told him to come with our bath handles so he could try to find us some new ones in his inventory. Upon arriving at the store, the gentleman in question was not there. The lady, who answered my husband, seemed to be bothered by my husband's request. She finally stood up to pretend to reach for the handles and after 30 seconds she replied that she didn't have those kind of handles. When my husband told her he had traveled 30 km for this, the lady did not care.
