Nous avons déjà connu de cette maison plus d’efforts dédiés à la satisfaction de la clientèle . Nous voulions simplement remplacer le plancher flottant qu'il y a déjà par un autre. Selon le vendeur on ne peut pas faire ça parce que, en résumé: on ne doit pas mettre de meubles sur un plancher flottant parce que c'est trop lourd. J'étais morte de rire, c'est n'importe quoi! Bref, on est aller voir ailleurs, dans un magasin où ils connaissent leurs produits ET leur job. Seller who said anything and lost himself in his words. Nice showroom but 0 service, I went there with my Girlfriend I know I don't look Rich with my coat but, we were avoided like the plague I'm very disappointed by that.

Entre-temps la vendeuse à quitter son emploi et personne n’a fait le suivi de ma commande (je suis tombée entre 2 chaises). Bon jusque là je suis capable d’endurer, mais le comble ça été quand je suis allée chercher ma commande à l’entrepôt 8 mois plus tard, ils ont voulu me frauder pour 160$ me disait que j’avais pas payé le miroir en entier quand j’ai passé la commande 8 mois plus tôt alors que c’est eux qui ont doublé le prix du miroir entre-temps car il est stock!! 8 month wait for a bathroom mirror! I understand it's the pandemic and there are delays everywhere, but we were just postponing the order. In the meantime, the saleswoman quit her job and no one followed up on my order (I fell between 2 chairs). Well so far I'm able to endure, but the worst thing was when I went to pick up my order at the warehouse 8 months later, they wanted to defraud me for $160 telling me that I hadn't paid for the mirror in whole when I placed the order 8 months earlier when it was they who doubled the price of the mirror in the meantime because it is in stock!!
