★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai vécu la même situation déplorable que Mme ci dessous et bien d'autres consommateurs. Nous avons opté pour Ciot en pensant avoir du meilleur service que dans les grandes surfaces et bien résultat, les lavabos et le robinet ne vont pas ensemble sans un drain spécial qui n'a évidemment pas été commandé par notre vendeur suffisant qui s'est bien gardé de nous présenter ses excuses devant une telle situation. Il n'a fait que nous informer des options et des délais à prévoir le tout sur un ton extrêmement condescendant et sans réel désir de réparer son erreur. Si ce n'était que nos comptoirs de quartz ont été coupés en fonction du lavabo et de la robinetterie choisie chez Ciot, je me ferais rembourser et quitterais cet endroit.

We opted for Ciot thinking to have better service than in supermarkets and good result, the sinks and the faucet do not go together without a special drain which has obviously not been ordered by our sufficient salesman who has done well. kept apologizing to us for such a situation. He only informed us of the options and the deadlines to be foreseen, all in an extremely condescending tone and without any real desire to right his mistake. If it wasn't for our quartz countertops to be cut to match the sink and faucet chosen at Ciot, I would get my money back and leave this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service après vente ordinaire sans plus. Mon bain neuf maax était craqué lors de la réception et j'ai dû coordonner la réparation moi même. Puis j'ai acheté une toilette en démo et il manquait une pièce à la livraison. J'ai demandé des suivie téléphoniques que je n'ai jamais eu. Pas très satisfait de mon expérience client overall.
Ordinary after-sales service without more. My new maax bath was cracked when I received it and I had to coordinate the repair myself. Then I bought a demo toilet and a part was missing on delivery. I asked for telephone follow-ups which I never had. Not very satisfied with my overall customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'une des situations les moins professionnels que j'ai vécu avec un commerçant. Je me suis rendu la semaine dernière sur place pour y faire des achats puis lee commis s'est trompé en chargeant ma voiture et m'a laissé 3 moulures alors que j'avais demandé 2 et payé pour 2. Je suis donc partie du commerce tout bonnement et me suis rendu à ma construction afin d'y déposer les items pour mon entrepreneur. Le lendemain je reçois un appel de Ciot me disant que j'étais partie avec 1 moulure de trop et que je devais la rapporter ou payer (18.44$)... non mais j'hallucine, un commerçant qui prend la peine de m'appeler pour me demander de rapporter un item à 18,44$ dû à SON erreur. Je répond donc bien franchement que le matériel est entre les mains de mon entrepreneur à 30 minutes de route et que je suis désolé mais que c'est leur erreur. Et ce n'est pas tout, aujourd'hui, c-à-d 3 jours ouvrables plus tard, je reçois une facture de 18,44$ par la poste avec un petit collant d'une agence de collection. C'est pas sérieux....
Pire service à la clientèle, du jamais vu.
Je n'hésiterai pas à passer le mot à quiconque veut bien l'entendre.
One of the less professional situations I have experienced with a trader. I went there last week to do some shopping then the clerk made a mistake loading my car and left me 3 moldings when I had asked for 2 and paid for 2. So I left the business quite simply and went to my building to drop off the items for my contractor. The next day I received a call from Ciot telling me that I had left with 1 too many moldings and that I had to bring it back or pay ($ 18.44) ... no but I'm hallucinating, a shopkeeper who takes the trouble to me call to ask me to report an item at $ 18.44 due to HIS error. So I answer quite frankly that the material is in the hands of my contractor 30 minutes away and that I am sorry but that it is their mistake. And that's not all, today, ie 3 business days later, I receive an invoice for $ 18.44 in the mail with a little sticker from a collection agency. It's not serious....
Worst customer service ever.
I won't hesitate to spread the word to anyone who wants to hear it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appelez avant pour faire certain qu’ils sont ouvert. Heures d’ouverture (Google) disent ouvert samedi donc on A fait un voyage de 3h pour s’y rendre afin de voir qu’ils sont fermés aujourd’hui samedi afin qu’ils puissent avoir un long week-end. (C’est congé lundi). Nous étions 4 autos qui se sont frapper le nez dans une porte barré dans 5 minutes que nous étions là.
Call ahead to make sure they are open. Opening hours (Google) say open Saturday so we took a 3 hour trip to get there to see that they are closed today Saturday so they can have a long weekend. (Monday is off). We were 4 cars that hit our noses in a barred door within 5 minutes that we were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté une plomberie de bain et son trop plein, couleur noire. Cette plomberie vient avec bouchon pressoir. Le bouchon a brisé quelques mois après l’installation (moins d’un an). Aucune garantie, aucune possibilité d’obtenir une pièce de rechange… des pièces de mauvaises qualités sans responsabilité du vendeur, c’est dommage.
I bought a bath plumbing and its overflow, black color. This plumbing comes with a press cap. The cap broke a few months after installation (less than a year). No guarantee, no possibility of obtaining a spare part… poor quality parts without liability from the seller, it’s a shame.
