★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a taxi at 0647. Dispatcher said it would be there in 15 minutes. Eating outside in front of pick up address called back 20 minutes later, said it would be there 4-5 minutes. Caught a bus at 0727. Driver called at 0740 and said he was there - we were already at the train station. He claims we gave him the wrong address, but it was a short street and we would have seen him. Did he pick up other fares? Not professional at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called multiple times and the taxi drivers never showed up. Attempted to get from Valcartier Hotel to downtown Quebec City, to no avail.
Don’t waste your time and call a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally incompetent, he knew nothing about the town he works in and can't even find the most important roads and streets, just took forever to show up after calling him, around 40 minutes which is a long time and I had to call 5 times, next time I'll call somebody else and it's even faster to travel in a city bus....
Just do yourselves a favor, avoid this company and call someone else and there are a bunch of competitors in this city...
