************************************************************************************************* I write to complain about a Taxi Levis cab ride that my companion and I took from Hotel L'Oiseliere Levis to Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport on Sunday 10 September 2020 shortly after 3:00 am as arranged by the hotel. The cab driver did not wear a mask and refused to do so when offered one. The vehicle stunk of tobacco and some other strange smells. The signage in the cab clearly stated that passengers must wear a mask and not smoke in the cab, but, the driver felt that the rules did not apply to him. If it were not for the time of night and our urgent need to get to the airport we would have refused the cab. To mitigate the situation we fully rolled down the rear windows to allow in as much fresh air as possible to remove the stink as well as diffuse our exposure to the driver's breath. Even then we were dizzy, and nauseous from the stink by the time we arrived at the airport. Covid-19 is transmitted by infected persons breathing on you in a poorly ventilated space like the interior of a taxi. Many Taxi drivers have died in Toronto from passengers who have passed Covid-19 onto them by just riding unmasked in transportation vehicles (buses, taxi, vans, cars, etc). I look forward to your early reply and will copy this Email to the hotel to make them aware of what happened as it was the hotel that arranged for the transport to the airport.

Certainly courteous that's why I give a star. On 10 orders, 9 are late so I always miss important appointments you really have to see that side there it does not look and then the type makes you go through both. Gos anything
