★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 40 minutes, and then was told he couldn’t help me because he didn’t have enough time in a rude manner. That was at 4:30, even though they close at 5pm. All I wanted was to buy a pin for my watch, which would take less than 2 minutes. I understand not being able to help a customer due to time restrictions, but at the very least he could of let me know ahead of time so I wouldn’t of had to stand there for 40 minutes. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a watch a needed it sized, the gentleman there was amazing to deal with and had me in and out wearing my new watch with in ten mins and had a great conversation as well. Customer service was top knotch!!!
