Dr. Li is very impatient, the patient always have to wait for her 5-10 minutes and never say anything for sorry. But if the patient happens to have a sudden incoming important phone call and can not hang up, she angry said the patient does not respect her, did not arrange the time in advance and let the patient to book another appointment. In fact, it was less than 5 minutes after the appointment time. There was still sorry, but also because of her rude attitude and all disappeared, the rest is only disappointed with this doctor. Canada's health-care system supports these impatient and inexperienced family doctors, who would be as rude and unconscionable as they are now if the health-care system allowed experienced and patient doctors to receive all patients who applied. To be a doctor, you must first have medical ethics.

I have been seeing Dr.Christine Li for a few months now. I am genuinely regretting my decision to have her as a family doctor. My most recent appointment with her was the worst so far. I had been in the ER a few days before my appointment with her and the ER doctor had referred me for an MRI after running a CT scan and blood work. He had said based on one of his tests coming out positive, there could be a blood clot in my brain. Dr. Christine Li called and when I mentioned what the ER doctor said, she laughed! I was honestly so hurt and felt helpless as you can imagine I spent a few days not knowing if I had clotting in my brain or anything that would change my life. She laughed and made me feel as if I am just coming up with numerous reasons to seek medical care. She then went on to say we did find some other things from the MRI, but just minor things. Well …minor things are not a concern to her I guess. She also talked about a diagnosis I never received! I have not been diagnosed with migraines but she said all this is probably because of your migraines. I guess I should just be making assumptions about my health and turning them to conclusions. She is always in a hurry and never takes time to address any questions or concerns and overall treats each appointment as if I am bothering her and she has other things to do. Overall she is rude and does not make any attempt to acknowledge that some health issues may not be written in red on a white sheet of paper. No one would just take out hours of their day to seek medical attention if there really is no need! I would not recommend her for anyone who has genuine health concerns that may need further investigation and diagnosis. She is by far the most unprofessional doctor I have dealt with. You are better of googling your symptoms than going with her. She will dismiss everything and make you feel silly for bringing things up. She likes to keep her appointments at a max time of 5 mins and will tell you “we are going over time “ when you still need further explanations.

I've been to this Clinic a few times. the waiting time varies, as it is a walk in, the waiting time of course depends on how many patients walking in. the clinic is clean. the receptions are polite. the doctors are very nice i have seen a few of them. they patiently talk to you about matters even when the clinic was busy. it is located in a plaza but the parking lot is stand along, so there are a lot of parking. if I have a report, I would call them up instead of waiting for them to call us since it is a walk-in clinic. over all, i think they operate well

I have good experience with Dr Li. But the receptionist was terrible. You have to spent over 5 minutes to communicate with her about the letters in your full name, and she was quite unfriendly during the talk.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic traumatized me emotionally and I never ever leave negative reviews. Please find another walk in clinic in the area if you want to be treated like a human being.

Reception never good there, they messed up information end up doctor call me at the wrong time, they are not polite as always, they even forgot send me the prescription. I need start looking for a new one. btw, doctors are good there. mainly the receptions

If I could honestly leave a 0 for this doctor I sure would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR LI at all. Her service is a shambles. Ever since my spouse started coming to this clinic she has actually deteriorated. The last conversation she had with my spouse was just unacceptable. She was laughing at my spouses situation on the phone & totally downplaying her condition. This is sad & absolutely unacceptable. I think money driven doctors should not be allowed to practice. Absolutely trash!!!

I have been a patient with Dr. Li since 2020, she’s very helpful and considerate. I can schedule appointment with her quickly. She addresses my issues thoroughly and follows up with my concerns. I recommend her to my family to see her too.
