a	anime7world on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the receptionist was so rude, I asked for my past visitation notes and she brushed it aside and I never got them. She even mentioned a fee and I told her that the doctor said that she will waive the fee off. When I go to a walk-in clinic and ask for my past encounter notes, I get them for free with no hassle and when I said I didn't need to pay for the notes the receptionist under her breath muttered "it's not even that expensive" and looked annoyed and then told me to come in a week for them when literally there was no one in the clinic and printing off these encounter notes is a really easy task to do so I don't see why she had to put it aside and tell me to come in for them in a week. My sister and I have our family practice here, but the doctor is seriously getting out of touch and aloof (I was referred to a neurologist and they never faxed it and they actually lost it when I called up on them) and after this experience with this receptionist I am definetly changing my doctor. The doctor doesn't explain her diagnosis ever and she gives odd advice.

Every time I'm caught in some urgent situation (even dating back over 15 years ago), the people and service never fail to deliver. Just these past weeks, I was in a sort of complex paperwork dilema where I had to get my 2 step TB test done for work. They were graciously willing to fax these documents to my family doctor, thus revoking the signing fee for my sake so that I wouldn't have to pay twice (my family doctor AND them). In the end, I paid once and that fee went to this drop-in clinic which I'm glad it had!!!!! I appreciate my family doctor but when it comes to appointments, it takes A LOT longer, which is why I appreciate this drop in clinic. They are just available in a timely way. Anyway, THANK YOU for your amazing and efficient service.

Dr Komathy has been an excellent family Physician not only for my immediate family but also the extended family.

They simply don't know how to run a clinic. It doesn't matter how good the doctor is if you have to wait such a ridiculously long time. Wouldn't recommend.
A	Amy Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all doctor Jay is an amazing doctor, BUT, on a 4 degree Saturday morning they open at 9am, and I came at 8:15 and stood in front of the door to line up, all of a sudden so many people came out from their car and said there is a line and stood in front of me. I know this has nth to do with this medical centre, but the people that comes to this clinic will certainly “amaze” you. They chose to stay in the car but once someone start the line, they tell u they were lining up IN THEIR CAR!!!! And that they know which car is came first.. like REALLY?? You can’t even reason with these people because they act like this centre is theirs.

Went to the hospital the same night as the pain became unbearable. What did the doctor their say? I had an infection that needed antibiotics. If your looking for a doctor that actually cares and not just trying to get to the next patient, skip this clinic
