We've been seeing her since beginning of 2021 for our baby and she has been so kind, responsive, patient, and caring which has been so helpful especially during the pandemic. We would highly recommend her. It is too bad that so many poor reviews are of the previous receptionist. Our experiences have been positive here and we would highly recommend Dr Haddock
K	Karen Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for Dr. Thomas. My kids have with her before she started her own clinic. She has always been caring and kind. And she would go out of her way to help me when needed. Her schedule gets booked up quickly and there usually is wait time even if we arrive on time. But these can be overlooked for a caring doctor (which is hard to find these days) - 1 star for the front desk management. I do agree with other reviewers that the receptionists team can improve their service. The worst hire was in 2018-2019, she has since been let go. I was so happy to find out about that. Lol.....the current team is ok and overworked. I'm sure given the time, they will improve their service. Dr. Thomas is an excellent doctor. I do notice she gets more busier now she has run her own clinic. It's not easy to have two full time jobs (doctor and businesswoman). We are rooting for you Dr. Thomas!
U	Usman Qureshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy with doctor Thomas. I am just very annoyed by the new secretary. I have been calling since Monday for an appointment, Monday they were full okay, Tuesday she said it was booked for both my kids, but I only received a confirmation email for one. I called back saying I only received confirmation for one of them and she said ya no worries thats for both. Well there was no appointment made for one of them even tho I called back. So they made an appointment for Wednesday and now I just got a call that its cancelled too. When I called on Tuesday to confirm the appointment she should have fixed the problem instead of ignoring it, very frustrating when you are already dealing with sick kids.
j	jhgk ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do they ever PICK UP the phone??? If you cannot answer the phone I do understand but at least learn from other clinics give an option to contact through email. I have been trying to call them for DAYS never went through, though I have tried to call at different time in the morning and afternoon. This is simply ridiculous, I do not think being busy can explain by judging from all the negative reviews. If only we have a choice we will not go there. Please do something about it because there are many people do not want to miss good doctors in this clinic.

My child is only able to get virtual visits when they are sick, even with a negative COVID test. And at times, the virtual visit cannot be booked for 2-3 days out. I have a baby with a fever and a rash! I need a doctor (preferably in person) to assess them. And also, to get them back into childcare these days. So now I have a child at home with a rash, can't go to school and is waiting DAYS for a virtual appt... this is NOT working!
D	D. W. LIU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're glad to have connected with Dr. Haddock as it took us a while to find a pediatrician in the York region area. While I do agree that it can be difficult to get through their phone line, I think that's safe to say that this is the case for most medical offices with one receptionist. Every single staff I've dealt with at this office has been professional and polite. Dr. Haddock is gentle with our son and knowledgeable in her field. Unless the secretary is tied up with another parent/ patient, the wait to see the doctor for the appointments have been reasonable. I recommend Dr. Haddock. Bonus, forms are electronic and some appointments can be booked on-line.
A	Andrew Morsillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family pediatrician shut her in office practice down so any appointments that needed to be in person (i.e. children's vaccine appointment's) she referred to Dr. Haddock. Dr. Haddocks reception/office staff are awful. First experience was when I had a child. I called Dr. Haddock's office from the hospital to book an appointment for her to see my new baby and Dr. Haddock's office stated they could not see my newborn child for the first check up for 3 weeks as they were fully booked (supposed to be done within 24 hours of having a child) . Our pediatrician and the walk in clinic we ended up going to on the 3rd day were shocked when they heard of this. Second experience was when I found a new permanent pediatrician, they asked Dr. Haddock's office to send them the medical histories of our three children. Only 1 of my 3 kids ever saw Dr. Haddock on 1 occasion for a vaccine and Dr. Haddock's office still wanted to charge us $50 dollars to send the paperwork from the 1 visit for a vaccine as an admin fee. Kind of ridiculous when there was only 1 visit ever for one child.
E	Elaine Wan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my kids are seeing Dr. Haddock. Great and knowledgeable doctor and very polite nurse. The two big issues I have with this clinic is that no one ever picks up the phone any more. Even when they tell you to call when you arrive, they still don't pick up. All appointments are to be booked online. Second issue is the availability. For emergencies or last min fever or illnes, I never look for them, I just go straight to a walk-in clinic. And that sort of defeats the purpose of a family doctor for the little ones.
