A	Ash21 L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i like this store, it has almost everything i need. it opens till 10pm. price is good and they accept price match. there is a big parking lot and in the plaza there a lot of different stores like the bank restaurants a daycare Shoppers Kumon tutoring Sun Tanning bubble tea haircut and a gym next to it too. Freshco also has a pharmacy and it provides flu shots vaccinations

S	Susan R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't post reviews but here's my rant! This Freshco location offers poor customer service with poor management skills. It's unfortunate a well known franchise is represented by such "lazy and rude" management! If these behaviors are directed by the owner, shame on you! I was given a 30 day raincheck for oil and after failed weekly attempts to make my purchase, the product did not get restocked. I ask to speak to the manager to have the raincheck extended. The young, rude and obvious inexperience "manager" refused to extend the raincheck. At this point, I was not disappointed not to get the "savings " offered by the raincheck but the unbelievable lack of customer service skills from the manager! He was more concern with getting off his shift and to run out of the store with his jacket on! We live a small community and honestly businesses like this don't deserve my business or my friends and family!

I had bought a bag of flour and when I came home and opened to use it, there were many tiny black bugs in the bag. That already horrified me enough, so I went back to the store to advise them of my experience. Upon arrival at the store they advised me that's not there product. Once they found out that it was they said I needed a receipt to return the product. I argued with that lady telling her this is unacceptable and she should have returned my money back. She didn't and I traveled there yesterday on one of the biggest snow storms. After my experience I called the customer service line to advise them of my experience and they told me that someone will call me back because of this unfortunate experience. Honestly not happy with who was working that day and her way of sending me back and not acknowledging the situation. Always check through your items before use, I believe that someone else had a similar experience in the review.
P	PRAVINA PATEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to request the management to better organize for dairy product specially Sealtest milk. Before we have milk with 3 weeks expiry date. But now it is either 3 days or barely week. Why they order milk in bulk?? Please order milk as it goes. I don't blame price increase because it is everywhere after Covid, Gas price increase etc. Thanks!!

C	Candy Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother law got those for my daughter lunch at school, there are mouldy on the meat , then we called the French Co in Markham which my mother in law got those products. They was asking for the receipt, how would people will keep the receipt until we open the product , especially for seniors. I was asking for exchange only not refund , they would not like to do it without receipt . I just want to tell people maybe try not buy this product , and keep the receipt for food until we open . don’t even think the store will help you out , No , they just transfer you to different department until you feel tired , very bad customer service.
