They have been partnering with Budweiser the past 2 summers where if you buy a case of beer you will receive a coupon for a free product of meat (last year was free hamburgers patties and this year was green 6oz sirloin steak. My parents buy a case of beer once a week and so we have a lot saved up. I went with 4 people and gave them the coupons and they immediately gave us attitude and said “I can only do 1 per day.” However, the fine print on the back says “1 product per customer per day”. We were 4 separate people so I did not understand her hesitation to honour the coupons. This happened last year too and if M&M employees are unhappy to honour the coupon then I do not understand why they keep distributing these coupons. I reiterated that the fine print said it is one product per customer per day and she told me “You guys came in together so you are 1 customer.” So if I came in separately then it would count as 4? I did not appreciate the attitude received from the staff members at M&M and I wanted to come back to buy something later on but I will not be returning to purchase anything in the future. The employees need to go through customer service training and understand that even if someone is coming in to claim a coupon, you should still treat them the same as a paying customer. Now you have lost 4 potential customers and any of my peers whom I will not recommend this location to.
Y	YK C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service by the younger woman there. She seemed to have an attitude when I asked her how many people the package of lasagna would feed. Then I told her I forgot my m&m card and she proceeded to charge me the full price without asking for my phone number to try to look it up or anything. I had to ask and then the older lady stepped in and looked it up for me. Never coming back here, will go to another m&m. No smile whatsoever.
Z	Zee V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I bought something for my mother, which was the wrong product. I came back to exchange it the next day for the right product. I had my receipt. The gentleman (said he was the manager or owner, wouldn't even clarify) totally brushed me off. The owner is extremely rude. He did not provide an exclamation as to why, just kept saying "no". And walked away from me at during the interaction like I didn't exist. Also very embarrassing in front of the other clients. Never been so disrespected in my life. I'm not spending anymore money at M&Ms. You need more coaching for your management and staff in regards to customer inquiries. I can't stress how terrible my experience was here. If I could give it no stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option

He’s acting full of himself, blatantly rude and super annoying. I could not enjoy my shop. Will not shop here again.

S	Sarah Micallef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a variety of items for Superbowl. 2 lb jumbo Buffalo wings (approx. 13), jalapeño cheese poppers, bite size crab cakes & bacon wrapped scallops. All of it was yummy. Impressed with the scallops since it was frozen + they use the entire strip of bacon to wrap one scallop. We also bought beef & bacon skewers and chicken kabobs but didn't end up cooking it since there was already lots of food for a party of 2. We've had the kabobs on the barbie before... very tasty!

It was really delicious and amazing. A cake also not to sweet, I really like it. I will keep going here~♡ I love this place. Thank you for good service. She make me really happy ?.
