They even found us the best deal for our budget and found a hotel with a family room and kids club! I would highly recommend them.

I am so glad that I booked through Walnut Grove Cruise & Travel. I typically have done my own booking in the past but it was such a burden OFF my shoulders to hand the project over the Jesse at at WGC&T. Honestly I will likely not book my own travel again. It was such a relief! They were able to advise on better options based on what we needed/wanted during the trip, AND the total for the trip came out WAY below the cost I was expecting based on my own research. Hiring an expert (staying in your lane) means you'll get the trip you want and likely the best price that you can get without stressing out about doing all your own research.

We have always received great service and assistance with selecting our vacation destinations, including recommendations based on their experience and feed back from their customers. I want to especially thank Cathy for her help with planning our recent 1 month trip to Thailand. It was obvious that Cathy had our best interest at heart through out the bookings of air, hotel and transfer bookings. Great job again by Cathy, Sandy and all of the staff!

He was very knowledgeable on the area we were going to and gave us all the information we needed on where to go and what to do throughout our trip. Jesse truly took care of everything making it a stress free process. I would highly recommend walnut grove travel to anyone thinking of going on vacation.
J	Jannes Kruger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER USE CATHY OR JESSE AT WALNUT GROVE TRAVEL. I am dealing with a lot of issues with Sunwing since the start of covid. All I have been able to get back was 50% +/-. Cathy received an email in August of 2021 stating Sunwing will be refunding money to a certain amount of clients. Cathy never called me to make sure my credit card information was the same. It's not by the way. Sunwing is now stating they refunded the card number on file that Cathy has. She should have called me to confirm before the refund. Currently Sunwing is refusing to refund me.. even have providing my credit card statements as proof. Cathy is pretty much saying that's all we can do. Sorry so I'm I just out 1300 dollars? Sounds to be the case. Both parties are saying your money isn't gone... But we don't know where it is.

He booked everything for us (cruise, hotel, rental car etc.) and it was hustle free. Since this was our first cruise trip, I had so many questions and Jesse provided all answers and let us feel comfortable before the trip. I really appreciate his effort. I can't wait to go next cruise ship trip.
T	Tanya Minchenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER USE CATHY OR JESSE AT WALNUT GROVE TRAVEL. I have been dealing with a ton of issues with Sunwing since the start of covid. My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Cathy before Covid began and unfortunately due to Covid we were not able to travel. We bought all the insurances and cancellations and still were not able to get our money back. For the past 2 years all we have been able to get back was 50% +/-. In August of 2021 Cathy at Walnut Grove travel received an email stating Sunwing will be refunding money to a certain amount of clients. However, Cathy never bothered to call us to make sure our credit card information was the same. It was NOT by the way, so we never received the apparent refund. Sunwing is now claiming they refunded the card number on file that Cathy provided so they will not issue another refund. So we are out over $1000. Cathy should have called us to confirm before the refund, but she did not. I have called the bank and they have assured me no refund was processed and I have even gone as far as providing credit card statements to both Sunwing and Walnut Grove. Both parties seem to be washing their hands of this claiming there is nothing they can do. I would NEVER recommend using Cathy at Walnut Grove or Sunwing to anyone!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! ??
