Second visit and it's always such a great spot. Beautiful views, swimming pool, underground parking. I love having BBQs on the main floor! It means a great home cooked meal after wine tours.

Pointe 49 restaurant: wow..we were lucky to have Halle as our waitress...but she is so much more, she is like a manager. She basically runs the whole restaurant. So great with her customers! The resort is great too. We will be back. Also the food was great of course.

I feel it’s unfair to rate the hotel when really I am just rating the Pointe 49 restaurant. First of all the restaurant should have its own google listing. So we went for breakfast the food was mediocre at best and to start the girl only took my Girlfriends drink order and didn’t get mine. Menu said 4 pieces of bacon on a side bacon and I got 3. The rosemary potatoes had no rosemary and we very bland. My eggs on the eggs Benny were over done when asked for soft. All in all the whole experience was a 2 and lots of better options in Osoyoos for breakfast.

A very nice quiet place to stay. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly. Loved the luxurious accommodations. Stayed here for our anniversary and was not disappointed. May have to make this a regular place to stay.

One of the nicer hotels in the area. Overpriced, but considering everything in the area is overpriced, this hotel is a good balance of quality and price if you're willing to shell out a little extra for a nicer, cleaner hotel with more amenities. It's not next to the main street with restaurants in Osoyoos, but given Osoyoos is quite small it was only a short 5 minute drive to get to all the restaurants. The building is on the old side, as most buildings in Osoyoos seem to be. However, you can tell the hotel strategically renewed specific things to make the hotel feel more comfortable on the whole (the room doors, shower wall tiles, kitchen appliances, bed linens, and blinds). Although the hotel is older, the room was very clean and had no smells. The bathroom was clean, though I did notice a bit of residue on the walls of the tub. It looked like it could have used a little extra attention during cleaning, but it was not bad at all. The towels were all very clean. The edges of a couple of the towels were frayed, but this didn't bother me much as it was very clean. There was some dust in the filter on the back of the hair dryer that could've used a cleaning, but this tends to be the case in hotels below a certain price point. The bed linens were very clean. The mattress was too soft though, and all the pillows were quite high, so unfortunately you end up sleeping with a hunched back. The pullout bed was clean and ready to use, but very squeaky. If you use it, expect to hear squeaks when the person sleeping on the pullout bed moves around at night. The thermostat was hard to control. There was only on/auto/off for the fan, and cool/heat/off for the mode. It took some time to find the right combination of settings to be comfortable. The fan was very loud when it turned on, to the point of being frightening for a fairly heavy sleeper in the middle of the night, so I ended up setting the fan to always be on. The furniture was not particularly new or luxurious, but it was clean and I spent most of my time outside of the room, so I wasn't really bothered by it. The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, and a small private beach with lounge chairs. The pool and 1 of the hot tubs were open during my stay. The pool was well heated and was very comfortable, even in the 10 degree weather. I had 1 meal in the restaurant. As expected, it was overpriced, but it was surprisingly delicious. The watersports sadly hadn't opened yet for the season, but it seemed to be close by.

Positive: Pool was warm which was great for this cold April 2022. Negative: Clearly staffing shortages with mixed information led to some confusion during our stay. Restaurant was not open for three days and when it was the food could have been better. We chose to eat off site out of necessity at first, then by choice.

We had a wonderful dinner in your restaurant. Kaylin, our server was so welcoming and efficient. The curried and Hunter chicken dishes were both delicious and the blueberry lemon cheesecakes ( we ordered a second helping) were to die for . . .as was the resort.

We stayed here one night and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a "Chardonnay" suite, which had a nice Lake view. Room was spacious and had a king size bed and kitchenette. Free underground parking was a bonus.
