M	Marc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: The hotel reimbursed my charging fee after talking with them for an hour. I booked a room at the holiday inn hotel in osoyoos because of the EV charger. However, the charger was out of order and the employee told me to charge my electric car to a paid station and they will cover the cost. The next day another employee says they won't cover the cost because the charger doesn't belong to them and it's the third party company to cover it. The third party company told me that the hotel did not warn them about the charger being out of order. Also do not take their apple juice, they charge you 5$ for a glass and it is not included in their free breakfast coupon.

I drove 8 hours from Calgary to go to Osoyoos paid $318 for the room and when I go to the hotel to check in, they tell me the room is not ready yet it will be ready in half an hour, which is fine. So I left, and i go back to check in , they tell me they don't have a room available. Your room has been cancelled. I was so disappointed by them?. I asked the ladys at the front desk to call the manager and they were all excuses , the manager is in a meeting. She's not here , she's coming down , they were so rude. It was 4 p.m. All hotels wear full in Osoyoos. I was disappointed by Holiday Inn. I had friends and family staying at that hotel . Basically I said hi to them and buy because the hotel cancelled my room. Did not spend any time with my family?????? From my understanding they cancel my room and probably sold it double the price to somebody else. That is not the way that they should do business. They are a hotel with the zero Stars.
M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 4 nights in the Presidential suite with some close friends and could not have asked for a better time. It was huge , plenty of space for 2 separate families of 4. Kitchen had all the basics, and the large living dining area was a bonus to accommodate our large group. The patio is the largest in the hotel and had a beautiful North facing view. The swimming pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kids young and old. Nice to walk right out of the hotel to the beach and have the option to rent kayaks or paddle boards right next door. There are nice paths to walk to town along the water in either direction and its about a 5 min walk to the grocery and liquor store. We enjoyed home cooked meals and use of the BBQS was a nice option. Cleaning was done when we asked and up to good standards. And all staff were friendly and happy to help. Wifi worked good and we felt well taken care of.

We were told when we arrived that the room would be cleaned after our 3rd night, unfortunately it was not. The slide lock on the patio door was not working properly, the ice machine on the second floor didn't work, wall mounted tvs with the telus box dangling behind it and other lazy looking renovations (no caulking around tub base). The best part of the stay was the breakfast and view in the restaurant. Hopefully they get things fixed up, it would be a great spot if they did.

We had used bar soap and shampoo still in the shower and the toilet wasn’t clean. Rest of the room was fine. The balcony with the lake view was nice!
