Pathetic service. Not organised properly. when you tell them the order number, seems like they search all the boxes and still couldnt find the order. It is same story everytime. They take 30 minutes to an hour to search your order and still not able to find. Placed 3 orders two months back and they could not find them in store and customer care service is terrible. Dont waste your time placing your order here.

On their website, it says they do Canadian Passport Photos, but they employees at this location don't(or rather they do not want to do it). I've been there 3 times within a week to get my photos taken and ended up having to go somewhere else. I've been there Monday, the employee behind the counter said "the system is down, come back Wednesday". I came back Wednesday, a different employee said the same thing "The system is down, try again later". Lastly, I tried today(Saturday), the same story unfolded. Don't waste your time to go here. The employees are slow, lazy and unwilling to provide help.

I placed the order for Next Day Pickup photo at 3850 Sheppard Ave. E on Dec 22, 2021, but on the next day I was told my order was delayed. I waited until Dec 30,2021 and called the customer service. they told me the photo print machine in the location has some problem and I have to cancel my order and place another order at a different location. so i placed another order for Next Day Pickup photo at 255 Silver Linden Drive on Dec 30, 2021, and i was confirmed by the customer service that i can pick up my photo on Dec 31,2021. however, i was told the order delayed again on the pick up day! i called customer service again, but they said they have no idea during the holiday season and hang up the phone. this is the first time i experienced Walmart is so bad in customer service!

The quality of the photos are so bad. I ordered a photobook 3 years ago and the picture quality was amazing but recently the pictures are so bad. I'm not sure if it's because of my camera resolution but they should update the systems to give good quality photos.

May 3 - I submitted an online order for Fujifilm spark prints. On the website, email, and email confirmation all said that it will be delivered 3-5 business days. May 6 - I receive an email notifcation saying that the status of my order is "Delayed". I thought to give Walmart Photo Centre a few days, maybe there was a backlog of order or something. May 13 - An entire week past by with no updates so I called both the Agincourt Walmart Photo Centre and the Walmart Photo Centre customer service. I made about 9 calls to the Agincourt location that day from 9:45am to 4:30pm, there was no one picking up the calls (eventually had to call the store's customer service to ask them to tell someone to pick up in the photo centre, in which an out of breath associate picked up the phone). The Walmart Photo Centre customer service was not any better. When I called them in the morning, they tried calling the store (of course no one picked up), they told me to call the store myself in the afternoon to check. In the afternoon, another agent told me to GO TO the actual store so they can verify the status of my order with the associate there (***apparently this was part of their policy. I just want to say that this is ridiculous for making your customer physically go to the store to check on a status***) It so happened I was able to step out to go the store later that day. When I got to the Agincourt Walmart Photo Centre at 5:30pm, there was a line up of customers (only 1 associate was working at that time and his shift was suppose to end at 5pm but his replacement did not arrive yet). After emergency calling another associate to come help, 2 associates appeared. When it was finally my turn, I called Walmart Photo Centre customer service and had the agent talk to the store associate directly. Eventually I was told that there was a delay in the Fujifilm spark printing because of the promotion that's going on AND that the Agincourt location cannot print it there for me because they were out of Fujifilm printing paper (***this is disappointing and unacceptable because as a business, you should be prepared for a surplus of order upon pushing out these promotions and not expect your customers to accept 10+ days of delay with no compensation whatsoever***). At the end of the call, the agent said I can expect my order to be printed the following Monday. May 16 - After that super disappointing trip on Friday, there was still no updates on my order on Monday. I called both the Agincourt location and the Walmart Photo Centre customer service in the afternoon (giving them the benefit of a doubt for the morning). No one knows what is happening. May 17 - Called the Walmart Photo Centre customer service in the morning to ask one more time about my order. The agent dared said "Please wait 48-72 hours." At this point, I told them I would like to cancel my order and get my refund. Now that process was immediate, I got my refund the same morning. ----- Moral of the story: Walmart Canada, if you can't deliver nor have sufficient plans to counter delays for promotions that you send out weekly, please just do your customers a favour and re-evaluate your marketing plans as well as your printing / delivery processes. Because of this experience, you have lost a customer and potentially future customers as well as I will for sure be sharing this unpleasant experience with everyone I know. ----- [Update] May 27 - Although I cancelled my order, I received an email this morning saying that my order is now ready for pick-up. For anyone who read this review until the end, don't get fooled by "3-5 business days delivery" be prepared to wait for up to a MONTH for your online order. I ended up ordering through Costco Photo Centre and their service was 10/10. My online order was delivered to my home a day earlier than their estimated delivery time frame (waited 1 week).
