★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist now is a young guy, does not seem have experience, all he can do is just give an alternate medication and does not have any idea of the ingredients or any thing that ointment would do..dont depend on him..I believe pharmacies such as these have these new ones come and go..if we need to have a proper relationship with a pharmacist have to find a smaller places where they work for long..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Walmart pharmacy I ever seen. For taking one medication they told me 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked to them , they need another 45 minutes. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faxed my prescription to this pharmacy hoping to pick up my medication on my lunch break. A skinny Chinese guy who works there very rudely told me 3 times (very loud for everyone to hear) that I am supposed to call them before faxing any prescription because they do not check their faxes. That's like a telephone operator saying he didn't answer my call because he was busy. This guy's customer service if I were to rate him is negative 5 out of 10. Very rude, blamed me for not doing his job. Guess what? I'ved been working in a doctors office for a long time and I'm just gonna tell patients not to go to this Walmart pharmacy anymore. I'll fax their Rx somewhere else! Shoppers or Rexall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this pharmacy is great! It is quite busy, so if you're impatient or unable to wait, maybe another pharmacy would better suit your needs. All the staff are very friendly, especially the pharmacists.
The review below mine is inaccurate... I think I was there during the interaction, and Ludee was the one that was rude. The pharmacist made her prescription within 5 minutes even though it wasn't prepared in advance! And he was only explaining to Ludee why it wasn't done, and how to avoid waiting in the future. He even apologized... Can't expect all faxes to be done as a priority, there are so many people at the pharmacy waiting! Common sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here today at Walmart Agincourt. I saw that flu shot is available at the Pharmacy for walk-ins as clearly stated in the poster. The staff named Marites, turned me away twice and insisted me to book online, despite showing her the photo of the poster that walk-ins are welcome.
