I had to walk up to the 2 female employees that were busy talking to one another and ask for help and she looked so irritated that I approached her. That is ridiculous because her job is to help customers not to be socializing with fellow employees. If you're looking for New Balance shoes I recommend the New Balance store at CF Shops At Don Mills. The guy who works there is super friendly and helpful unlike the employees at this store who knew nothing about the shoes. She looked tired and was lying about the shoes I was asking her about. Not impressed. I won't be returning and I don't recommend this location.
M	Maria Soulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Excellent selection. I was greeted immediately by Fahimeh, who helped me find what I was looking for. The manager, Shamus, went out of his way to make sure my orthotics would fit into the new shoes, and also gave me excellent tips about what shoes work best. The store was full, but no one seemed to be kept waiting too long. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.
