β β β β β Been standing here to pick up a simple digital box for my cable from a work order.... 30 mins later I am still waiting. This should be a quick 5 min in and out thing. Thereβs 3 staff working on it and still canβt figure it out!!???? Update: after 40 mins they said they donβt have the right box for me and suggested I go across the city to a different store and try there. ???.
