★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meet Jeff Grimshaw for my assessment. He is a very professional, friendly, approachable and soft spoken person. He is so knowledgeable and the way he explained my pain and situation, I was so satisfied and did not have any questions or concerns.
The front staff is also very help and great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit nervous about going because I have bad feet and should've gone years ago but now was referred by my specialist. I needn't have worried... The lady at the desk was very nice and so was Jeff, the pedorthist. He made me feel comfortable and did not censure me or make me feel pressured in any way to get orthopedic shoes or inserts etc. He just wanted me to be safe with proper footwear , so that I wouldn't fall . All my shoes are old and worn and he said the most important thing I could do for myself was to get a new pair of shoes that offer support and comfort. He did not pressure me in any way to go to a particular place but did suggest a good store close to my home. Thank you Jeff!

They are very thorough in their assessment and take the time to explain in detail the cause of your foot pain and answer any questions you may have. The measuring for my orthotics has been very accurate and rarely needs an adjustment. I would highly recommend their services if you are experiencing foot pain.

He takes the time to explain and making sure that you're walking comfortably. The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had an appointment to see Jeff. We were able to discuss in great detail what some of the causing factors are relating to my issue. He utilized a quick visual diagnostic tool so that both he and I could review, while he explained, how my gait and mobility are affecting my overall feet health. He also spoke on how my personal and professional lifestyle affected things as well. Finally, Jeff offered a group of therapeutic modalities that I could utilize starting today, and in now way did he make me feel like my only resolve was to purchase one of his products. Mind you, I did end up purchasing a few small items, which I would have gone elsewhere to get, but I knew their prices were relatively competitive with other retail stores and that’s why I purchased them at this store. Jeff was very knowledgeable and took just the right amount of time to ensure I was knowledgeable too. Overall, a great experience and I know I will be back in the near future!
