I was able to take off the window but literally almost fell on my car since my room was two stories high above the driveway. The same day I contacted Mike and within a minute I had gotten a response to help my issue. I showed pics and told me all I needed was a new window hinge kit which is a lot less the the whole Window, which he did tell me it would be almost $1000 around. The next day he sent out a service tech that came right at 10am as discussed, his name was Victor. Within 20 minutes he was done, fixed and installed. Both Mike and Victor were very friendly as I was also able to just chat with Victor and gave me other information regarding my windows. He also didn't even try to up-sell me on anything. I will definitely use VSQS again. Highly recommended.

Upon calling they did the estimate (which was almost half the others guys) over the phone and booked my appointment in about 10 mins. The day of they arrived 15 mins early and did the whole job onsite in about 1 hour. I would absolutely recommend

I called a lot of window companies that were either unreliable and it just did not show up to set appointment time. When I called this company, they gave me an amazing price that I was very happy with. Incomparable to any other company even during covid! They sent a technician over within an hour!! He was very friendly, and informative. Within 9 days after he came to measure and ordered the glass my new window was ready. Within 12 minutes the old glass was out and the new glass was in. No mess snd very professional job. These guys deserve more than 5 star as I was super pleased with there work and professionalism.

The hinges were all broken, the lock gone and we could not open or close the door unless with a strong push. When I called Victor on a Sunday afternoon I couldn't believe when he said he would show up the next morning and he did!! What impressed me though was that having seen the door in such disastrous shape, I was quite happy when Victor changed the hinges, put a new lock and the door closer but he spent another hour only to make sure the door closed properly with the latch placed correctly behind the stopper! He did an amazing job for us!

I am very very pleased with their service and workmanship. They show up when they say and work hard to make sure everything is perfect. I even had them replace all of the old ripped window screens all through my house. I cannot express enough how completely pleased I am!!
