We requested an evaluation and maintenance of our septic system - Eric and his assistant clearly explained what they were doing (checking the tank and field, washing out the lines, rebalancing the lines) and put our minds to rest about the condition of our tank and field. She listened to the challenges posed and scheduled Charles to come and give his expert advice. He arrived the following day and designed the perfect solution to my bathroom renovation.
K	Karly Atkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. I acquired Vortech's services for two different problems at my house last year. First, I called to get a quote for a filtration system for my well. I was told by their well specialist that it would be better if he came in person to assess what type of filtration I would need. He came to my house and performed a full well inspection I did not ask for and then I received a bill for $500. Also, never did get that quote (that should be free I would think?). Same day I got them to come preform a perimeter drain inspection. Turns out I don't even have perimeter drains, and the tech wasn't able to give me any information about where my rain leaders even went to. He basically showed me where they started which is very obvious. I was told I would be given a better recommendation on what to do by "the boss, who knows more about drainage than I do". Never did I receive any more info and I also was charged $650 for services that virtually told me nothing. that I did not already know. I know other people in the Cowichan Valley who have had very similar experiences, mainly with services for their well. 0 STARS. Don't got to Vortech. They will rip you off.

He was suppose to send me quote and nothing. Tried to call and spoke with him and he said he would send. Nothing. I text him again few days later and and he said yes he will soon and many days go by and nothing. Messages multiple more times only with reply’s back saying he will send tonight. After 3 weeks of waiting I’m done. On to the next company. Having a septic installed when really unsure of things is confusing enough with out trying to track guy down to give him business.

The office was quick to respond to all of our emails in getting everything organized. They gave a detailed estimate for the work we needed and set everything up. The workers that arrived seemed efficient and knowledgeable and tidied up before they left. I'm new to living on well and septic, but will definitely be using them again in the future.

Within 2 hours they had someone at my door to help out. The gentleman that showed up was professional, and followed all COVID precautions ( which I am grateful for). He fixed the problem so easily that it didn't seem like a problem to begin with. I will definitely keep their number in case of emergency. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Eric and Ernie were very professional and knowledgeable. I really can't say enough about them! If you have any plumbing or drainage issues I would be calling Vortech! Great job Charles and team!!
