★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them for a septic tank clean. If you are able to provide the size of the tank (ie: 750 gallons) they will provide and firm quote on the phone. They indicated a time...next day basically. Technician came on time and was very professional.. Job was done and he was out of there in an hour. Used them before and will use them again! Good local company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our septic system inspected by this company in 2018 prior to purchasing our home. Inspection came back good . Fast forward to 2021 our septic leaked and we called these guys.. they would not come without a credit card on file , gave them my card over the phone and said they could use this to pay for the visit the guys showed up without the inspection they had done previously. We had to give it to them.. was told it needed to be sucked out and hydro jetting the laterals.. no explanation
also replacement of entire septic was required which would cost between $15000-$85000
They left .. no follow up
Now two not so. Ice emails for follow up on a bill I had already provided auth to pay for and a follow up phone call just after the bill was sent
Per reception they no longer have the card on file as it must have been shredded
No follow up on the repair we needed after their investigation… nothing at all
Went elsewhere for repair and would not use these guys again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I had a horrible experience with this company. Communication was extremely poor, they did not prepare properly for dealing with potential trees in the way, and they strung us along telling us it couldn't be done until the summer even though it was becoming urgent (we found out later that it could have been done in winter when we asked). The contractors that arrived gave us all a bad vibe, operated very unsafely (the person in charge was standing on the bucket of the excavator during digging in order to point the way!). The whole thing culminated with the contractors pushing a tree over without approval or the appropriate city permit; our fence was damaged, the tree blocked our driveway, and was partially in the neighbor's yard. When asked to leave, they begged to let us have them repair it themselves rather than go through an insurance claim. After I asked them politely to leave and said I would file a claim, their excavator operator (Chevy Contracting) gave me attitude when I asked him -not- to remove the fallen tree as the city dictated that I must leave it in place for their officer to see it. We are extremely displeased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so happy with this company, they really saved the day! I called them around 9:30am and someone was at my house at 10:30am to empty my septic tank and unblock it. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They answered all my questions and helped put my mind at ease. Thank you Save-On!! I'll be using this company again :)
