Paul said he would be out the Monday morning to give us a quote on our roof . We had been waiting all day long no show and no calls to let us know he wasn’t coming , we had called and
Left a voicemail Paul called back the next day and said he “played hookie” from work due to the rain which is understandable but as a company you should be calling your potential customers to let them know you aren’t showing , anyways decided to give him another chance and he said he would be there on Wednesday ... again no show
And no calls .... he called back on Thursday but we didn’t answer we had enough of the lack
Of professionalism.. called another roofing company on Friday and had it done by Sunday ! If your looking to get something done efficiently don’t use this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had PW McCallum roofing do our roof. We had an excellent experience. The installers were polite and tidy . They took care around my gardens and did a thorough clean up of the yard. When on the roof they were harnessed and safe. The only draw back was we had to wait a bit for our roof. However it was worth the wait. I would reccomend them to anyone needing a new roof or repairs .

Having gotten 3 quotes we chose PW McCallum Roofing based on price and details included in the quote. The materials arrived promptly, the roofers came soon thereafter . The work was done quickly and efficiently. My husband, having a construction background, inspected the roof and was very happy with the workmanship. I would recommend, and have recommended, PW McCallum Roofing to my friends and family.
