They make an amazing product! These boats are built for the Westcoast. I'm from a generational commercial fishing heritage, from Haida Gwaii. Most of my family has Lifetimer boats, unless they're holding on to the ones they built themselves.

Bought a lifetimer many moons ago, true to the name my boat has stood up to many years of professional use and still looks beautiful. I called them for a part this week and they made sure to work out all the details. Canadian company, superior workmanship, great service!

Recently needed a hull repair on a very old well used Lifetimer, as well as some electrical expertise with the outboard remote control for the boat. Took it to their shop and was very impressed with the great customer service. As the old floor was looking a bit weathered, I also had them re vinyl the floors. Boat was only in shop for about a day and a half. Hull is fixed, control issue resolved, and floors make boat look like new. Great boats and great service!

Lads made me a stellar aluminum headache rack for my new truck. Fast quality and friendly.

Excellent product and service. We bought a new11' welded aluminum runabout made by Lifetimer. Many years later the boat developed a transverse hull crack as a result of teenager abuse. I took the boat back to Lifetimer and they welded the crack and installed floor baffles to strengthen the bottom of the hull. The boat has been fine ever since. The repairs and baffles were installed free of charge and in a timely fashion. Very impressive and refreshing to deal with a company that lives on an excellent reputation and service. I've told many people this story.

Very I would absolutely love to give a higher rating. And I could have 10 plus years ago when we bought our first Lifetimer. I’m not sure what’s happening but it has nothing to do with supply chain. They spread pr be building lots of boats but customer service is in the tank. I would like to build another boat and have cash in hand. Have literally been asking for some followup for months now. Same story leave message. Don’t get called back. Lather, rinse repeat. To make matters worse like 6 friends have bot boats on my referral and they reports the same poor service. One again I was promised a call and a quote this past Tuesday and it’s Saturday now. Again. A friend of mine currently asked me if I would recommend building a boat with Lifetimer. What can I say? To be fair I have explained this whole scenario to them at Lifetimer with no resolve. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s been very frustrating and disconcerting. I have abso sad!lutely no confidence in the process or the purchase or the build at this time. I was ready to make an order. Even excited to build another boat with Lifetimer. Really sad. I will have to elsewhere now and have found a busy, reliable profession outfit South Island. I wish this was a different story. It was not for lack of trying. My opinion and experience: Overpriced. Poor service. Broken promises. No follow through or follow up. Great product. Hope things improve in the future. Would love to see them get back on track. Was a reputable name in our area once upon a time. ***Pro tip : do your homework. Get a hand full of current references. Very sad situation. Such potential. Update. After multiple recent follow ups and promises it appears I am now just being brushed off. They will no longer take or return my calls.

Was interested in a used Lifetimer boat they are selling on consignment "screamin reels". After a few emails with questions about the boats history/condition they have decided to stop responding to me. I am glad I learned of the communication issue before I spent money with them. I feel for the owner of the boat, as Lifetimer is not doing their job to market the vessel.
