★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learned how to sail from the Viking Sailing Club, both dinghies out of Jericho Sailing Centre and the 34-foot keelboat around the beautiful waters of British Columbia. Great one-on-one beginner lessons, racing, and cruising, great selection of boats and a beautiful cruise boat that all club members can book -- I really feel like I found my community here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the club over 25 years ago when I moved to Vancouver. Having been an avid sailor growing up, I was elated to find a club with such high quality of boats and such warm and friendly members. There's nothing like an evening sail in English Bay at the end of a work day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm leaving the Vikings after 2 seasons... don't recommend this club, I had a very bad experience, especially in the past year, not all get the same treatment, indeed some people enjoy special privileges.
