Service was as advertised, but full of little hiccups that all add up. UPDATE: It has been several months since I was there. Even after repeated bad feedback to customer satisfaction surveys , nobody did anything to even know what the source of the problem was.

Rude and dismissive service. A terrible experience. It happened a few years ago and I'm still mad about it. Plus they sold me a car with broken suspension which I obviously had to replace myself. Avoid at all costs

I can summe up the quality of service at Volkswagen de l'Estrie in three words Appalling, Unprofessional and Deceitful. I bought a second hand car there two months ago and have had nothing but trouble since. The day I came to pick up the car the back door did not work and the ABS and anti skid signal light was on. The guy at the desk did not seem too bothered and the lady who sold me the car said the lights would go off in a few hours. They sorted out the trouble with the back door within the week without too much of a fuss, but gave us some attitude when it came to sorting out what was wrong with the alert lights on the dash, saying to my girl friend that we needed to tel them wether it was just a problem with the sensor or something else that is causing the light to turn on, a question to which she answered: "That is up to your mechanics to tell you"....Obviously!!?? A month later, thinking that the worst of it was behind us, I drove over to see my friend and mechanic to put on the winter tires that where sold with the car, and yes you guessed it, they did not fit. The tires where not mounted on the right rims! I have called them to let them know, but they refuse to sort out the mixup, no doubt because the warranty has since expired! Unacceptable!! I am not in the habit of giving anyone a bad review but this was a bit much and I think the public should be aware.

We picked up a nail in our tire just outside of Sherbrooke. Took the Jetta (with the spare on) and they took great care of us. Quickly patched the puncture, replaced the spare and got us on our way in no time!

Service still not where it should be. Quality issues often found. Clear need for better QA management. Today the tech just scratched my rear bumper we taking my tires out of the truck. Yes my winter tires are Nokian with nails...

Never ever visit this location as they are worst in customer service. I bought a car and the head light was not in a good condition and the inner linner was missing, I was not known about it and just after buying a car when I went to my mechanic, he said they said that service of the car is done but it was not. I spend almost 900 dollar for the service of the car, just after a day I bought the car. When I asked them to refund me the amount of the service done by me, they became rude and pretended that they don’t know anything about the scene. The manager was only considering the point of not giving the refund. Its the worst experience of my life. I will say that never ever buy any car from here.

Without a doubt, the worst experience when buying a used car !!!! Comunidad latina, jamas se acerquen a VW del Estrie, mienten para vender y no se responsabilizan de los daños y desperfectos. This is the fifth used vehicle I have purchased in Canada and I have always had problems with the vehicles because they never have the honesty to mention hidden defects. I have bought from CB&C Leasing Inc (Ontario), Autoxtreme, UNIPRO Mécanique Rive-Sud, BMW Moto Gabriel and VW de l'Estrie and they have always lied about the mechanical condition of the vehicles, and after a while I have always had problems. I do not want to think that this is a common practice in Canada. I have bought 4 cars by ebay in USA and the seller have always explained with detail all the issues in the cars and I received them as were detailed. But the case of VW de l'Estrie is the most blatant, in July 2021 they sold me a used 2017 Kia Sorento 2017 with only 62,000 kms and told me that the car was perfect, that they only had to repair a small problem in the front suspension and a small bump in the front fender, but other than that the car was almost new. They even offered me a 30 days or 1,000 kilometers satisfaction guarantee so that if I was not satisfied with the car I could return it (I have an audio recording with the offer of this guarantee). I decided to buy it and my surprise was that in less than 24 hours and with only 300 kilometers of driving the car suddenly stopped near Charlevoix, when I made the claim to VW de l'Estrie simply nobody wanted to assume the responsibility to solve the problem, the seller disclaimed the fault, and in service they never attended me. I had to take the decision to leave the car at Kia Charlevoix and solve the problem, until that moment nobody from VW de l'Estrie even bothered to contact me to know if I was ok or to know what had happened to the car. The car was repaired at Kia Charlevoix under warranty, but I had to waste time and money to interrupt my vacation and go to get the car back. Today, January 24, 2022 the vehicle left me again stranded at the roadside near Danville, it is evident that they sold the car with lies and it still has a serious mechanical problem even though the mileage is low. Even to this day, the car still has a problem with the front suspension as it cannot be driven in a straight line, even though it has already had a warranty claim filed with Kia Sherbrooke. Today I can affirm that it has been the worst purchase I have ever made and the most delicate thing, it was with an authorized VW dealer. The worst people I ever deal with. The worstest experience buying a car. ------- Update January 31st 2022: Today I took for fourth time in six months the Sorento to the Kia dealer for warranty claim. The car that VW de l'Estrie sold me is a totally garbage.
