He took the time to explain to me how they will proceed to uninstall my starter and install the new one and even took the time to help me download the application on my phone and show me how to use it.

He goes straight to the point, he has big knowledge of his products, efficient and transparent. Definitely recommend dealing with him!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ps. This is a review for the service dep. 8 days without my car. Brand new atlas 4000 km 4th problem and 3rd time at the dealer for repairs. Car is being sitting on thw patio of VW prestige waiting for parts from US. It's totally unacceptable. Nobody calls me to give updates.

You know, you pay just a bit more to take your car to an authorized dealer, but you get the real sense that a strong job has been done. Very thorough work by everyone today. I needed a lift home. They provided. I tend to ask a lot of questions. They were patient. A through inventory of the work was provided all detailed. Very impressed. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived around 10h for a simple tire change, made a reservation online a month prior. Very friendly service. Took only an hour and half (plus a quick installation due to a recall that I wasn't aware of prior to my appointment.) Wifi availabile and complementary coffee or tea. Comfortable seats. Friendly staff I would recommend to see Tiago if you need services. Definitely worth coming to the dealership than your local mechanic.
