I paid for a computer case, order was all waiting for shipping, website says free shipping over $50+ , get an email later saying well, you know what, we changed our mind, shipping would be too much now so we cancel/refund your order, like what?! is this a joke?, due to this they lost another order from me worth several hundred

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE, These guys are a total SCAM, we ordered a motherboard for $478.78. We received the motherboard, the box was previously opened, after hours building my new PC and troubleshooting, the motherboard, RAM slots were defective. VLCANADA only refunded $392.69 plus I had to pay $25 to ship it back, I lost over $110 for something I was not responsible for. POOR SERVICE, POOR PRODUCTS.

I emailed them and got a response within the hour, the issue was fixed easily and they mailed my correct piece out the next day! Very happy with response and delivery time with my problem.
