★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Once they receive the signed order and check, the project "manager" Stephen disappears with 0 communication when it comes to handling problems. You are passed to the project "coordinator" Hart who pretty much seems like a unpaid intern and is incompetent. Order screw ups, massive delays causing us to lose a lot of money. Missing items. We actually had to call the delivery company direct to schedule our delivery because the "coordinator" had a hard time reaching his "contact" at the same company. Considering legal action to recoup lost revenue

The team at HD cut me such an incredible deal and I couldn’t be happier with the way it all turned out. The motel looks better than it has in years and it’s all thanks to the people at HD and the time and effort they put into helping me find the perfect designs for my family’s motel!
