★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had an appointment booked and called on the date of the appointment to confirm the address and Vlada said that I never had a appointment and that she was to busy to alter my daughter’s grad dress and I need to go somewhere else. She started yelling at me and was very short and rude. This is horrible customer service and I have never been talked to by a business owner in such a rude manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying that I have never had as good of an experience at a business, than I have had at Vlada Tailoring! Ivan was extremely friendly and did my fitting measurements just how I wanted. The atmosphere is so welcoming, clean, at ease, and the owners truly want to alter the pieces in a way that you love. I got a pair of dress pants and a leather skirt altered within days, I'm so pleased with the pieces, and I am so glad I have a go-to place for the future! Vlada and Ivan love what they do, and they do it exceptionally well!

I’ve taken several items in to be altered, including some garments with very intricate and unusual stitching, and the finished products have always been perfect. The turn around time has always been quick, fantastic customer service and the prices are very fair. Definitely recommend Vlada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vlada tailored two suit jackets beautifully. I regularly get comments on how nice the fit is. Recently, Ivan helped me make a purchase over the phone, giving me advice on what could be altered and what couldn’t.
UPDATE: The end result of my recent phone conversation on what alteration was possible... I needed the sleeves lengthened on a suit jacket. It couldn't have turned out better. Vlada even moved all the buttons and button stitching down to look correct. I'm still blown away by the end result.
