My first visit to Salon Serendipity was nothing less than amazing! Mona's styling skills were supposed only by her caring words and "pay it forwards attitude". As a frontline healthcare worker during the COVID crisis, I have been neglecting myself while trying to keep up with a busy work and home life. She gave me time to relax, be pampered, vent frustrations and take a breath. Our visit was just what I needed for a reset. THANK YOU! I will definitely be back :)

What can I possibly say about Mona's exceptional services and wonderful personality that hasn't been said already... At the risk of repeating words and praises, at the risk of once again stating the obvious I'll say that Mona is the lady to see when you want your hair to look as gorgeous and perfect as your inner-self. Trained in Italy and working on your locks with only the best of product, Mona will deliver results every single time, all-the-while making you smile thanks to her warm and welcoming self.

Mona is an angel on earth!! It feels like home every time I visit her beautiful salon. Her work is impeccable & she reads my mind!! She is a colour genius! Love Mona & her amazing talent that she luckily chose to share with us!!

Mona is great! Her salon is very welcoming, cozy and quaint. It was the first time I had gone to see her and she did an amazing job and quick. I am used to my hair taking 3+ hours for a cut and highlights, I was in and out in 2 hrs. I have received numerous compliments on my hair even from my son and husband who normally don't say anything when I get my hair done. If you are looking for a fresh look something trendy go see Mona you won't be disappointed. Definitely going to go see her again.

This is the first time I have ever colored my hair and I am extremely grateful to Mona for the work she did, and the establishment she runs. Without a doubt, she is friendly and caring, and she will take care of you and your needs, if you need color advice (like I did) she won't hesitate to help you out, explain the process, and reassure you that you are in good hands. The moment you walk into the Salon, it feels like home, she's taken such pride and put effort into making the Salon feel cozy and welcoming, it's not like your run of the mill average Salon with the bizarre industrialized and commercialized look. I'd describe the experience as feeling like a close friend is working with my hair, in a place of comfort, at "home". Mona is outgoing and charismatic, and takes a deep interest in your life, the appointment went by extremely fast for me, because we spent the entire time chatting, and as aforementioned it felt like I had a close friend cutting my hair. Someone I could share my experiences, and passions with. If you're like me, and this is the first time you're coloring your hair I highly recommend you come to Salon Serendipity Inc, without a doubt, you will feel comforted and reassured knowing, that your hair will turn out fantastic, with a combination of Mona's expertise and insight. I did not even know truly what color I wanted, but it's because of her insight and advice, I'm extremely satisfied and grateful every time I look in the mirror. And if this isn't your first time, I still recommend this establishment, because the value you get for your money is unmatched, you're paying less for a beyond premium experience.

So stoked to have found Mona and her salon and I absolutely recommend her!!! I will definitely be a regular client from now on. First of all, Mona is so welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to. She is so open about everything and I loved chatting with her. Second, she did a fantastic job and I'm so happy with my results. I came in as a new client for a style and colour refresh and gave her a rambled description of what I wanted with a couple of pictures. She took that, added her experience and advice on top and gave me the perfect new cut and colour. Mona is clearly super experienced (20+ years she tells me) and it's obvious just from her techniques. I received an amazing one on one experience which was so great as we're coming out of this weird covid period. I was happy to not suddenly be cramped in a space with a bunch of people.
