I particularly enjoy the back room where they hey host there spin classes and other sessions. When there isn’t a class going on I like to use the punching bag there! Overall, it’s a great, clean, and safe environment to work out!

They are really helping us gym goers with our routines and helping us feel safe with plexi barriers, a door system and live updates on capacity. I’m grateful for their effort and consideration. It's not a huge gym, but everything they do have is the best it can be. It was a welcome departure from other gyms when I first joined and I would be hard pressées to find another like it.

Daniel, who facilitates the training program at the gym, is excellent to work with. He is willing to listen and really understand your wants and needs for your fitness goals. I also had a session with Jordan, a personal trainer at Vive. The man knows it all! He understood my medical issues and worked out a routine around it with ease. He makes you feel comfortable in an instant and motivated at the same time. I find so much flexibility and freedom at this gym space. There is freedom to workout in a space that’s not very crowded, the freedom to talk about payment plans with Daniel and the freedom to be yourself with Jordan. All in all, probably the best gym in the lakeshore area!

I had an amazing consultation with Jordan and he guided me through goals and fitness plans before showing me a few initial work out regimes to help. The facilities are clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a decent amount of equipment and classes to keep you occupied. Sadly I am moving and there isn't a Vive close to me otherwise I would definitely remain a loyal customer. 10/10 would sign up again the moment I can.

The staff are really nice and on the rare occasion when I’m feeling low on energy, protein bars are just given out for free ( on the rare occasion lol). The trainer Jordan is a real one I always see him giving advice out and helping people on his off hours. You can tell the staff just care. Definitely get that community/support vibe from this gym. As a former semi pro athlete this gym gets my 5 stars. If you want to sign up, talk to Daniel or Michael the guys are super nice and will get you straight so you can make some gains! ??
