From the Owners and Coaches everyone is very committed to provide a good and safe place to workout. Members are dedicated to their sport and are very friendly and supportive. I have been a member of this gym since 2016.

From doing only 2 classes a week I have started doing 3 a week and also joined the running group ( that speaks a lot for itself) Everyone from Paul (the Owner) and coaches who help you navigate through the CrossFit are nothing but, amazing! I have never liked isolated gyms but, yet missed the space to workout, right equipments and great coaches. This is your place people…Huge Facility, Tonnes of Equipments, Coaches who will make sure your form is right is some of the many things I want to highlight. All this comes with great music to pump you up and fellow CrosFitters who will cheer on your to reach your goals. Drop in for exhilarating experiencing and be a part of CrossFit Colosseum Family!

Pail, the owner, is absolutely awesome - the community here is amazing and welcoming, and the programming + attention from the coaches is fantastic. Even as a traveller, for me it feels like home. This place is truly special.

If you want to get fitter and have fun doing it, there is no other place to go. I trust Paul and the CFC coaches not only with my workouts, but also my two boys (13 and 9 years old) who have become stronger, faster and more athletic working through the CrossFit Kids Program.

They will always provide feedback and option to change the workout to match you abilities. They have recently started in to new programs such as Olympic lifting.. cant wait to see what new thing Paul will bring . Still, I have been going for almost three years on and off. Never a bad day there
S	Simon Browning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent crossfit gym. Just about every class has a warmup, a skill section (which typically everyone does together), and a workout. Every single movement is demonstrated in every single class, and coaches actively observe to ensure that you're moving well and properly. Sometimes I'll look at the workout portion and see that its just 12 or 15 minutes, but trust me, its work, and will leave you sweating and breathing heavy. Tonnes of classes every day and a great community. Excellent running group too!

The owner was super friendly and helpful, loved his wealth of knowledge and crossfit experience. The coach was very welcoming and positive, he even taught me a new way to stretch which I appreciate. The community here is very warm and welcoming, I got a good sweat in with great people. Definitely will be back whenever visiting Canada ??
