Y	Young Forever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you first sign up they will tell you that you can cancel anytime but once you actually want to cancel they will make sure to give you some headache like coming up with some excuses to delay the process like sorry manager not here to approve your cancellation request, we left a note for the manager to call you and obviously no one calls! I have to follow up many times so they can respond to my cancellation request and they are still not responding! Total nightmare
N	N Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent enough of a place if you're the type of person who likes the ease of going to a class, only gripe with this location is they're very much too pushy - everyone who talks to you is super nice, but it got to a point where it didn't feel as if they are genuinely being nice, but they're just trying to get you to drink their Orange Theory kool-aid I've done been to a lot of class oriented gyms (Soul Cycle, Drop Boxing) and I've enjoyed my experience with this gym the least. The upfront costs are a bit steep (heart rate monitors), the gym memberships themselves are pretty high up there, and the one free class I took, I didn't feel that the coach was all that motivating. I didn't have any specific fitness goals when signing up for this gym, I only really signed up because it was conveniently near my apartment and I wanted to see how it was, and overall was very underwhelmed.

Also Lucas, Susan, Nikky and the others! Amazing staff. Location is very easy to reach and their method is lots of fun while being challenging.

Will charge 100 dollars for a pathetic heart rate monitor and if you go and tell its not working, they would make you feel you got that device for free. At the time of buying membership, they would tell you you can cancel your booking anytime and if you do that they would make you feel you are asking your nasty boss for a leave and money LOL. Completely waste of money and energy. Working out at this place will not release your stress instead they give you stress. It was like going to a bad workplace!! Terrible terrible place!!!!

From the first moment I entered this gym, I was pushed into joining (not in a good way). I was told I could cancel anytime and hurriedly asked to sign documents that now say I need to give 30 days to cancel, so I’m out a couple hundred dollars now that I tried to cancel for the summer (since I’ll be away a lot). Their class pack options have no carry-over if you don’t use them within 30 days which means I end up losing money (I was sick for a couple weeks so lost out on classes). It’s already the most expensive of three studios I attend, and they then have no respect for their members. Not worth it.

They charge the highest but not proper service and understanding.When I first sign up they said i can discontinue and cancel anytime.i went there only for 5 days and paid for full month then I had an injury and gave my doctor note recently that I need a Physio treatment for long run and I want to discontinue.They are telling me that I made a 2 month contract which I am never aware of.Now they are saying that my doctor note is not enough and it doesn’t say about not going workout. These people just want to make money at any means.They recently charge 224 $ from my credit card.They just don’t value and respect about the costumers what they are going through. Big scam and worse experience ever.
