We had jewel stone with a tile pattern and a border to finish off the look. Bart and his team were very professional , neat and creative . Bart was very patient and helped with decision making of the choice of colours to use . Family members are impressed of the GREAT job and we are too! Thank you Bart and your team . We had our front stairs and entrance refinished as well as the strip in front of our garage and it turned out better than we expected. Prior to the work being done, Bart was extremely friendly and even brought over the colour samples a second time so we could confirm the colours we wanted. Once the work began, they filled in all the cracks – some of which were rather large and I wasn't sure how they would fix them, but they did. They also ground down all the rough edges on the overhang which really cleaned up the overall look. We chose a pattern that matched our stone on the side and back of our house, and Bart was able to replicate it perfectly. Then, before the sealer was applied, I accidentally left my sprinklers on and after calling Bart in a panic, he reassured me that it was nothing to stress about and walked me through what to do next. We have recommended Bart to multiple neighbors and friends, 2 of which have signed up to get work done after seeing our stairs. We would highly recommend Valhalla Contracting.

After much searching, and estimates from multiple contractors, for different services, we decided to go with Valhalla Contracting, and had them install Jewelstone. It was a five-star experience from start to finish. Bart is an excellent communicator, and sets realistic expectations for the scope of work. Our project was delayed due to weather, and while we weren't concerned (as it's out of anyone's control), Bart made sure we knew when things would be done, and he delivered. The project finished as soon as the weather cooperated, and the end result is fantastic. His crew were very efficient, and they worked with minimal disruption to the lawn and adjacent flower bed. They cleaned up the site and left little trace they were there - other than the amazing work. We had no concern with the price Bart quoted us, having already received other quotes, his was very competitive. Several neighbours have expressed an interest in having similar work done, and a couple strangers dropped in while it was in-progress to get contact information. Hopefully they go for it, we couldn't be happier with the results. Here are some photos of the before and after - don't mind the tree debris - it's that time of year...
D	Daniel Martinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valhalla Contracting, I would 100% recommend. Bart and his crew did one hell of a job. First there was two layers of old style acrylic to be removed. Out came the diamond grinder. What a mess, and when the cleanup was finished you would not have known what was done. The job took four days in total with a day and a quarter of grinding. Bart and the guys where easy to talk to and very professional. The pictures say more than I can. Just what I was looking for. Give Valhalla a call, communicate with Bart and you won't regret it.
