★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob and Jim of Primo Contracting and all their tradesman were outstanding to work with on our project. Skilled, efficient, and responsive throughout the entire project. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The basement was underpinned by 2 feet and now has ceilings over 9 ft high, and with beautiful finishes and amazing sauna. Not the cheapest of the crews, but I would not risk using anyone else for this complicated task. We highly recommend Primo for all your construction projects.

They managed the process efficiently including dealing with the town to have inspections lined up immediately upon completion of certain phases which kept the project on schedule. The work was completed well within the time frame and we are thrilled with the quality. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Primocon to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are writing this letter in regard to the recent pleasure we had of building a custom home with PRIMOCON HOMES. Our primary contact was Robert. After we decided on a floor plan, we had the unforeseen luck of selling our home in just one day. As a result, there was an enormous amount of pressure to complete construction of our new home 4 weeks ahead of schedule. Robert readily accepted this challenge without reservation, and guaranteed us that our home would be finished when we needed it. He guided us through every step of the construction process. He is knowledgeable and well organized, meticulous about detail, courteous, prompt and a true professional. We consider him an expert on everything from building codes and regulations, to color patterns and the ergonomics of luxury home living. During construction, he met with us once a week to discuss the progress of the home. During these meetings, he was extremely helpful not only on updating us on the particular phase of construction, but also by making some wonderful recommendations on additions and changes to the home, which in turn calmed many anxieties we had. In a world where service and quality are scarce, these things seem to be Robert's forte. He delivered fair, honest, quality work, and service with a smile. He not only takes pride in his work, but he is a true “people person”, which lends itself to his success. It was truly a pleasure to work with Robert and his staff, and we would recommend him to anyone who wants to build a custom home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After five years of procrastinating, me and my husband finally decided to completely renovate our 50 year old house. We were cautious and apprehensive because of the many horror stories you hear about renovations that spiral out of control in terms of cost and time to do them. Primo Contracting came highly recommend by our interior designer. She was right about them. What a wonderful and stress free experience. They guided us every step of the way, presented different options to make our home more energy efficient and soundproof. The new kitchen by Bauformat looks stunning. Surprisingly very reasonably priced for the German quality product. Their tradespeople are so friendly and professional. Now that our project is complete we really enjoy entertaining family and friends. Everyone who visits is very impressed. Will definitely use Primo Contracting in all our future renovation projects.
