Not only is she extremely knowledgable in the real estate market/world, but she cares about her clients immensely. Elle went above and beyond in every single aspect to find my friend and I an apartment that we loved. She was completely transparent with us in our search and did everything that she could to help us secure a place in a highly competitive market (she personally helped us complete very lengthy in depth applications to ensure we would be competitive applicants). One of the parts that I appreciated the most when working with Elle was that she was so responsive. She answered an endless amount of questions from my friend and I within minutes. She made sure to curate lists of potential viewings that fit all my criteria, and more. Elle was able to answer all my questions and was very patient during viewings. She's so friendly, she even gets talking with the building's residents to ask how they enjoy the building, which is so helpful in making a decision. When it came time to make an offer - Elle detailed all the strategies of negotiation, she had a full game plan for what to do in various scenarios. Since the Toronto market is so competitive, I felt a lot more confident with Elle's expertise on my side. Elle was able to beat out multiple other offers because she was able to negotiate and create such a strong case for me. Very happy with my new place, and couldn't have gotten it without Elle.
