★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Spectrum redo my entire main floor from top to bottom.. hardwood, ceilings, lighting, completely new kitchen, etc.. They were so easy to work with , came in under budget and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Highly recommend !!!

They were very professional and anytime they ran into something unexpected, we figured out the solution together - not stretching the budget either which was appreciated. I have another bathroom i will probably get them to do one day. Thanks!

Mat always kept us up to date, and informed us of any issues or concerns while also providing us with an effective solution. The project was completed on time and you can tell the level of detail it took to complete this job. I will definitely hire him and his team for our next renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the owner of 2360 Bloor Street West, Matt at Spectrum Design and Build renovated two floors of this medical clinic. Everything went beautifully, and we are very happy with the renovation. Except for the initial drywall crew (Rojava is the contractor below that left a bad review). Please contact me if you are unhappy with getting fired, this is a completely new space. I asked Matt to fire your team, because you butchered brand new walls, creases were showing from the drywall, the mudding was awful and looked patchy. I would happily send you pictures of over 30 parts of the building that had to be repaired at Matt's cost. As a business owner, I do think you have a responsibility to complete quality work or expect others to complain and not want you to work on their projects.

I provide bins to him for his projects and he has kept us steady throughout our business relationship. Based on my observation of quality work that he does, customers are happy with the final product. If I was looking for a designer I would definitely contact him.

Communication was excellent. We agreed to payment terms and I had no issues being paid. Wonderful guy to work with. Definitely would recommend and looking forward to doing more business on the future.
