β β β β β My husband went in the other day to pick up a couple things we had missed when doing groceries and decided to pick up a bag of two bite brownies.
There was no best before date on the bag, which he forgot to check in the store. These were the most STALE things I have ever bit into. I have no idea how long they were sitting on the shelf.
Lesson learned: always check dates and never buy something with out one on it.

β β β β β Yes there are some bargins here but...the store needs a makeover, the floors are filty broken tiles. the fridges have to be circa 1970s So I say to the new owners Clean the place, you will attract more customers!

β β β β β They repackaged their meat daily with new labels to trick us into thinking the meat is fresh. They also sit out in the alleyway and pick out moldy fruit so that they can continue to sell what they have left. Not sanitary. Many items are past their expiry dates as well.
Really not impressed.

β β β β β Half the shelves were empty, the store is not clean and not in good shape. A friend bought crackers, there was no expiry date on it . The crackers had after taste, obviously was not fresh at all.

β β β β β 7 Sister's Food Mart is one of my favorite spots for daily grocery shopping. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person. Plus they have variety of fresh vegetables and other necessities. It should be noted that the shop opens in late morning.
