Extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, caring, and explains everything step-by-step and very clearly. Also, his staff are amazing and helpful. P	Parnia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had awful experience with Dr. Parham Masoudi, the family doctor, in this center for the last 4 months being his patient. He is impatient with his patients, and clueless about social and interpersonal relationship between the patient and the family doctor. As a sociologist I suggest he takes some courses in medical sociology/anthropology and ethics of dealing with patients in pain. He is clearly indifferent and unwilling to help and to listen; always in rush even in a 5 minutes phone appointment. He does not know the health system properly by referring me to 3 specialists all of them rejected the referrals because the referral was done wrongly. The last referral was sent to a specialist who had retired 7 years ago. In the other occasions, the specialists were for children not adults. This is hilarious and shows his clueless but at the same time unacceptable considering the pain patients are going through. Such mistakes postponed the treatment and ruin the trust between Dr. Masoudi and his patients. I suggest he takes in less patients so he can ensure he has time, energy, and capacity to deal with his patients properly as well as working on building relationship with his patients. He is a FAMILY DOC for God’s sake!
D	Dina Mohseni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional medical centre I have dealt with. I had a lab request from Dr. Saber and did the test over 3 weeks ago. Only to call them for a follow up to hear that Dr. Saber had left the clinic. If I hadn’t followed up with the receptionist (who barely speaks any English) I would’ve still been waiting for my results. On top of everything they did not even bother to notify my family dr about Dr. Saber leaving. Extremely careless and unprofessional as this is a medical field. I wouldn’t recommend this centre to anyone, they don’t seem to care about their patient’s well being.

I've been a patient here, assigned to Dr. Negin Asefi, for a bit over a year now (since summer of 2020), and I must say I've always felt cared for by her. She pays attention to details, makes a point to look up terms on the computer for me to explain diagnoses, and will send me for tests "just in case", even if she doesn't feel there is an urgent concern. Always finishes our appointments with "please call me again if you have any other issues. Take care of yourself." Very sincere individual. The front desk staff are your standard receptionists. They do their job well, though sometimes they will miss emails, so it's best to speak to them by phone if you have questions or need something done. I do appreciate that if I have an urgent matter, they do pass it along to Dr. Asefi in a timely manner - especially during my pregnancy this past year. The pharmacy is also great. Their staff are kind, patient, and will take the time to explain how to administer any medications without making you feel rushed. Overall wonderful clinic. Clean, organized. Would highly recommend.

Classy, great "bedside manner" very thorough, talks everything through, very kind and reassuring. My husband is a patient also and shares my opinion. So glad I was placed in his care. Office staff are excellent too. Very pleasant to deal with.
