★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ou was the right doctor for my wife and who delivered my 2 babies. He is efficient to diagnose symptoms and knowledgeable on his specialty. He will give you the right choice if you give him sufficient information or what you want. The best part, we never have to wait more than 10 minutes over our regular schedule time. Thanks you, doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been with Dr. R. Ou since 2011. He is a great doctor. I always found him professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His staff although not talkative have always been professional and courteous. I have family members who have gone to him for years and are very happy with his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended clinic. When my family doctor referred me to Dr. Ou, I was skeptical because of the reviews on Google. With all my doubts, I decided to go and have my first appointment to see how will it go.
Dr. Ou asked questions first to know my background about pregnancy then explained things that needed to be address. He is patient, knowledgeable, caring and punctual. I am happy he is my OBGYN. And I have never waited for more than 10 minutes to see him.
The 2 receptionist are friendly, I am sure they are the reason why I don’t wait long whenever I have appointment, because they are organized and thorough to their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ou looked after me for both my pregnancies. He is very kind and easy to talk to; he will patiently answer your questions. I agree that he is very busy with multiple patients in the same time slot (each appointment is usually only 5-10 mins) but I have never felt rushed to ask him anything .
The receptionists are great at their jobs. There are 3 that I've seen and 2 are not overly friendly, but they are not rude. They are very busy; I enjoy talking to the more friendly one when I'm there :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receiption tells me literally this week that they open today, made me fast and eat nothing for 24 hours. I arrive now and it is closed!!! Just says closed and open tomorrow at noon. What am I to do? Eat nothing for 48 hours?!!!?!? Can we be treated as a human being? Pregnant and starving…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like all the other reviews mention. Dr. Ou is great. Receptionist makes it a chore to communicate. Probably will find a new gyno even though I do like Dr.Ou I find the receptionist unbearable.
