★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Heather has been great! I came to Dr Heather about a year ago with back and shoulder issues and she corrected the issues within a couple weeks so I could function normally again. Always in positive spirits at her office. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining the root causes of your problems and how to correct it with stretching and exercises. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a regular customer for 3 years. I believe Dr Heather is one of best chiropractor in greater toronto area. The main reason that i visit her clinic is for my back pain 3 years ago, now my back pain is gone and Dr Heather is focusing on my forward shoulder problem now. she is not just only good as a chiropractic provider, but also very caring person and very kind personality. Every time that I finish the treatment, I feel like she hit a reset button inside. Thank you, Dr Heather!

I have been one of her oldest patients seen her practice grew from a basement gym to its current well furnished and modern clinic. Wishing Dr. Heather continuing success in the field of choice, chiropractic.

My entire family are patients of Dr. Heather. She not only is an amazing healer, but she is also a very kind and caring person who genuinely takes the time and care to give her patient's at each and every appointment. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and chronic migraines and Dr. Heather has helped me tremendously. She is highly educated and knowledgeable in her field of medicine and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Chiropractor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Heather Ciasnocha is a gifted chiropractor. She is very knowledgeable and the adjustments definitely make an improvement by keying in on a problem area quickly. I had visited her clinic for numerous reasons (e.g., back, hip, shoulder, etc.) and every time I feel great after the treatment. I highly recommend her service and the staff are friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr. Heather since the week after my complete ACL reconstruction and the on the first visit back to the surgeon, at 6 weeks, my surgeon said that he had never seen that type of recovery before. Dr. Heather helped with a highly effective rehab program that helped me get to squats and lunges almost 3-4 weeks ahead of the average.
I have a shoulder surgery scheduled in a couple weeks and have already started pre-op exercises and strengthening with Dr. Heather to be able to hit the ground running.
Dr. Heather is great with understanding exactly where the source of the problems are when assessing injuries and her persistence with keeping on top of her patient's rehab is what sets her apart.
I refer all of my students at my judo club to her for assessment and rehab programs. To date, I have already referred three such athletes and all three love her. Coaches, Dr. Heather is a great asset to have on your team and I would highly recommend sending your athletes to her because she will care for them properly.

I really appreciate her knowledge, and the time she takes to educate and answer questions especially when it comes to prevention and self care to be healthy and strong. She encourages us to move with a catchy reminder "Motion is lotion," as it's so common to spend most of the day sitting and stagnant! Dr.Heather is a kind person, and it's evident she cares about her clients and loves what she does to have us moving at our best and healthiest abilities. I highly recommend her.
