Viva Care Medical Clinic - Delta

THE WORST clinic I or my spouse has ever been to! The reception staff are highly incompetent! They don’t communicate properly and are constantly giving inaccurate information about appointment times and messing with patients mental health whether or not that is their intention. It would be fine if this only happened once or maybe even twice but this is almost a constant thing! The front staff need better communication skills especially when dealing with sensitive matters. This is NOT McDonalds, you are working in a medical establishment and should treat it as such!

I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for almost 10 years. I cannot believe the remarks I’m seeing. She is friendly and helpful. I have never had an unpleasant experience seeing Dr Kumar. She tells you like it is and if you don’t like hearing what’s she’s telling you, you have the wrong doctor. Harv and staff at the pharmacy are A1.

I went to this clinic to see Dr. HARPREET BRAR....I tell u all she is such a gem of a person n a great doctor I have ever met n canada,,,she z super,,excellent n very knowledgeable...I can't praise her enough as I m short of words,,,,,she z not related to me n any way but she always treats me more than I expect everytime.....as far as reviews about this clinic i read is so far not true for me as I got good experience from the receptionist as well.....5 stars for my DR. BRAR

This a shame name on our community. They don’t bother how long you hold the line. They make virtual appointments and doctor don’t call on time or never call u til you try to contact them back.

I am visiting Viva Care Medical Clinic- Delta since 9 years as Dr. Saroj Kumar is my family doctor. Dr. Kumar is very professional , knowledgeable and great experienced doctor who diagnose very perfectly and efficiently. Dr. Saroj Kumar is the number 1 doctor of Canada in my opinion. Dr. Kumar cares the patient at personal level to cure their health problem on fast track by providing expert , personalized treatments . I don't have any words to express my thanks to Dr. Saroj Kumar for her expertise kind services to care the patients health problem at very minute level to precise and accurate the diagnosis as well as the treatments. Viva care is an embarrassing to Canadian Healthcare system. Reception canceled the appointment because a confirmation phone call was not answered (make sure your available no matter what is happening in your life that day, or driving..), even though called back within 10 minutes, waited on hold for 20 min, only to be told they filled your spot with someone else. I guess they have not updated there systems to text to confirm / confirm 2 business days ahead / assume people will make there appointment months for / ability to answer a phone... almost ever / warn you about the sacred phone call l. This is the second viva care office (other was guildford) referred to. Guilford had the exact same problem. Just avoid... so much more frustration, but the more I type the more it sounds like "that crazy Google reviewer". I'm not crazy, this company legitimately doesn't deserve to receive any money from taxpayers.

Receptionists don’t like to answer or talk on the phones. You will either be put on hold for a while and then get hung up on, or they will rush you off the phone. I had a phone appointment booked for my son (4 months old), doctor calls me the next day asking to speak to my son, and I respond “this is his mom…” before I can proceed to speak she rudely cuts me off and says, “yes and I need to speak to the patient.” I would highly recommend checking the DATE OF BIRTH before calling patients otherwise it doesn’t look very smart on your end.

They did not give us an appointment just because my wife did not visit them for the last 3 and half years. The receptionist said, "She had to visit us once every 6 months, even if she was healthy." When asked about where is this 'secret' policy written and how are we supposed to know about it, she said, "I don't want to 'argue' and Doctor Sandhu doesn't want to talk to you or your family," and then hung up the phone.
