★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She might be a good doctor but her wait time is crazy long (usual wait time is 1.5 to 2 hours to see the doctor) its not worth it! There are many other doctors around that actually care about their patients and their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait times with rude behavior of receptionists, had to fill up prescription and waited for 2 hours long.... I booked the last appointment which was at 520pm and waited for more than 1 and half hour which is sooo annoying and wastage of time.... will not recommend this doctor at all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and rude doctor, rude and layer front desk receptionists and long 2 to 3 hour waiting time and just treats one disease at a time so if have two illness then you have to book another appointment for another day to discuss your second illness. Please don't waste your time and money for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. Me any my son visiting dr anand since 2013. My son has autism spectrum disorders. She use to be good initially. First 2 hours long wait then discuss only one concern. My biggest reason to give this review is she misplaced my son tax credit disability form send by CRA directly to her and she told me that she is going to send to CRA while my appointment. I was kept waiting for an year and didn’t hear from CRA. I called up them. They replied we closed your file your doctor didn’t send us anything. I was still clam and went to ask her why you and your staff didn’t send forms. She start venting her anger and shouting on me that i am dragging her into past year conversation. No one has accused-me like this. I don’t know about this. I cant go back and check for you. It was your fault you could call us to ask. Thats what she gave me the answer. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR she did on that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a list of reasons why you shouldnt waste your time with such a doctor. Dr. Anand use to be very good at her job. We initially went to her because of a referral from a friend who praised her. However, in the past few years it feels like you are a waste of her time. She is very dismissive and doenst pay attention to your health concerns. Ex. I asked for a refill for a medication and after agreeing to write it she gave me a different medication (without my knowledge) to which my body reacted very poorly to and I had to be rushed to the hospital.
The wait times are extremely unreasonable and they dont make sense because when it becomes to your turn to see the doctor, she isnt in the room with you for more than 5 minutes.
The staff seems uneducate, irritable and racist.
I highly recommend you do not see this doctor for any of your medical concerns because you might end up in the hospital as well. I do plan on reporting her for malpractice because it could have been deadly for me.
