I had never been here before but I was looking for a Secrid wallet and only a few places in Winnipeg sell them including Vitorio Rossi. I wanted a specific model (twin model) that was not in stock at the other store I went to on Corydon, I asked at the other store if they would be getting any in and was told “no one wants that model”. (I wanted that model, I guess I am no one).
Frank at Vitorio Rossi pulled out a catalog and said pick anything you want and I will get it for you in a week. A week late I got my new wallet as promised.
This was my first time shopping at Vitorio Rossi but I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam was amazing! I had a crisis. The tailor I was supposed to get my wedding suit from called me 2 weeks before my wedding to let me know my suit wouldn't be ready on time. I went into panic mode! I called up Vittorio Rossi and told Sam my situation. Without hesitation he told me to come in and they would make something work. When I arrived, he set out to find a solution for me and my groomsmen. They made multiple phone calls to arrange a suit for me, and found a solution. Unfortunately, I didn't get a suit from here simply because the owner of the other tailor finally agreed to help me. But I will definitely be back here to buy a suit next time! These guys were top notch, and really care about their customers. They will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you get what you need.

After having some horrible experiences with another cheap "Custom" suit place downtown, I decided to cut my losses and it was suggested I should go see Sam. Very happy I did as it was hands down the most seamless, professional suit buying experience of my life. Not to mention I looked and felt like a million bucks thanks to them. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I called them and Sam easily made me an appointment with no hassle or details and he took care of me like family. I recommend this great local shop to everyone and will absolutely be giving my business to them in the future.
